I ordered and received a SnorDoc chin strap and requested a return for refund and stated why I wanted the refund. I did not receive a reply to my request and have sent follow-up requests and still no reply. I have tried calling several contact numbers with no success. Please refer to JR Trading Co Payment Receipt #77001256 dated November 30, 2017.

I ordered the snoredoc with chin strap, $68.98 ordered, 1-22-17. sent a letter explaining why I was returning the product, within the terms of their policy. however, I did not get a return authorization number because, since I am handicapped and given a time limit by my caretaker to go to the post office on an errand. the package had never been opened. the postal clerk stamped returned and my markings, return/refused. as of this date, 5-10-17, I still haven't received any correspondence by email, [email protected] or a credit to my paypal credit card account. can you help do this for me? gratefully, ralph 5-10-17 0730

Review: I bought two ManBuns off of manbun.com and received an order confirmation from JR Trading Co in my email. I was guaranteed that my items would be received by Christmas, and I still have not received the items. The phone number and the email address at the bottom of my email confirmation were both fake, as the phone number did not work and the email bounced when I tried to send a message. As your company appears to be a scam, I would like a full refund of $33.90.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $33.90

Review: Looking on the website www.klikyballs.com - you will see a nice product that is well packaged and appears to have instructions, nice presentation and represent this product. However, you actually receive the product from JR Trading Company and not Kliky [redacted] the support email goes to the same person as the email [redacted]. ) it comes in a clear plastic bag as a group of magnets stuck together - no instructions, no brand name, no presentation (for gift giving) and they still charged $29.99!!! NOT worth the price and very disappointing to see the Revdex.com listed on their website as supporting this misrepresentation.Desired Settlement: Returning today and expecting a full refund (of course, I have to pay to send it back!!!)

Review: I ordered [redacted] from these guys and the product arrived in the mail. The instructions for preparing the product for use say that I must use a wooden spatula supplied with the product. When the product arrived, there was no wooden spatula supplied, and it's needed to use the product.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] mouth guard & it doesn't work as states in the advertisement so I have tried to send it back for my 30 day money back guarantee as stated on their website [redacted].com. The post office has tried numerous times to deliver but there isn't anyone available to sign for it. I have contacted the company several times regarding the delivery of this item & I know [redacted] ([redacted]@jrtrading.com) which is my contact @ JR Trading has read the several emails I have sent regarding this with no response. Review: I ordered a Christmas gift online from JR Trading prior to Christmas and paid for the items through [redacted]. JR Trading promptly collected payment and has since not confirmed order in any way or shipped the products. The offer said order would be processed in 4-7 business days. I have tried countless times to contact JR Trading via phone and email complaint and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] account credited for full amount of purchase.

Review: I placed an order through groupon for 8 toothbrush heads which were advertised, I paid 19.92 for 8, when shipped I only received 4 of them. This is false advertisement, a friend placed an order after I told him about the deal and he only received 4 as well.Desired Settlement: I want half of my money back.
