It looks like the delinquent account is a debt owed by your husband [redacted] and not yourself which is the reason for the confusion. Rest assured J.S Resolution Group, Inc. is a legit collection agency and recognizes our faults. During further review of this account our records do indicate that a payment was made and then refunded. Where the misunderstanding is coming from is that no one noted on this account that bankruptcy was filed which is why the money was refunded and now the reason for the calls starting up again. At this time this account is officially closed with a cease and desist, therefor no further contact will be made from JSR to complainant or family members from this day forward.
