Total Air and Heat sent a technician who was fully qualified to assess the installation of two Train systems, two weeks ago, that had gone very badly Robert [redacted] was well briefed on the problems attending our systems installationsHe audited the installation status and provided his experience-based suggestionsHe was an excellent technician and an excellent communicator
Had a complete HVAC system installed and the salesman assured me Total would stand the systemThe air conditioner coil developed a leak within years and either Total didn't want to do the work or wanted to get paid well to do the repairs/replacement
Good response by phone on a Sunday Robert then responded at the time he said he would be here Checked our unit and repaired quickly and assured us the unit was safe
Ryan Clifford, plus the install team Tino, Eric, and Jose from Total Air just did a fantastic job installing a complete new AC system for our homeRyan - what a helpful, knowledgeable, friendly guy! - walked me through the process and worked with my insurance guy to get me the best deal Tino, Eric, and Jose spent hours yesterday (in the hot attic!) taking apart our old system and installing new equipment (compressor, furnace, coil, ductwork, plus extras like new drain pipes, thermostat, and elevated concrete slab for the compressor), and they did a really fantastic job

We have used the services of Total Air for over years and are very satisfied In June, 2016, we had a new heating/air conditioning system installed and can speak very highly of their installation staff, which in our case was headed by Arturo They were on time, worked steadily until the job was done, cleaned up thoroughly the house and yard, and were polite and professional We also recommend their sales and office staff with their courtesy, keeping us informed about dates of service, and their honest approach to doing business
I had a new total a/c heat system installed It was done in a timely and professional manner The workers covered my carpet where they might walk Even though it was wet and muddy outside they wore booties in my home and did not track in any mud
Arturo went to check something on another unit and said he smelled gas He found a loose line and tightened it, which potentially saved me from a disaster When I tried to tip him for this extra service he refused-saying it made him feel good to have found this!

I had and A/C Unit put in nearly one year ago by Total Air and Heat The water pump went out and Colin from Total Air and Heat came out to assess the problem, the ordered the pump right away, and Colin came back out on Saturday before the 4th of July weekend to get everything fixed - just hours before our family from out of town arrived Colin was friendly and a great representative of the company Total Air and Heat jumped through hoops to get the part ordered and installed for us so we can comfortably have family here for the Holiday - Highly recommend them and Colin

Arturo Nand his crew went above and beyond my expectations They completed the job in a professional, friendly, and timely manner They were very careful about keeping the carpets clean and cleaned up the inside and outside of the house before they left I am very pleased with the work they did and how they did it

The crew arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned everything up beautifully when they were finished. I don't anticipate any problems with my new systems, but I feel certain the company will be responsive if anything goes wrong.
My heat stopped working 12-16-16, I called and Robert R was out within 2 hours and fixed my issue. He was very nice and professional, and fixed the issue within an hour. Great job and service.
