I would like to recognize service tech Deron Tucker with Total Air and Heat. This man was awesome to say the least. He was very professional, explained everything so that I had a good understand of what he was doing. I have done business with this company for over 10 years and I have never been so pleased. Deron was through in every aspect of the visit. He took care great pride in his work, clean, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend Deron and Total Air and Heat. I have an annual service contract with this company. And I plan on requesting that Deron be my primary service tech going forward. Thank you Deron for identifying and fixing what could have been a catastrophe on a weekend.
From start to finish, the process has gone very smoothly. Customer service, sales and installation team were all wonderful. Very helpful and informative when we were deciding what unit to put in. During the installation, all three gentleman were respectful, organized, timely and courteous. Everyone that we have dealt with has been kind and honest. Those traits will make us return customers!
Had a complete HVAC system installed and the salesman assured me Total would stand the system. The air conditioner coil developed a leak within 4 years and either Total didn't want to do the work or wanted to get paid well to do the repairs/replacement.
Technician arrived early, listened to my description of the heating problem, and determined that just cleaning several heating parts would do the trickthey did. He showed me what he did and how those changes affected the heater performance.
From the initial call, to the follow appointment confirmation, and the tech arriving on-time; this has been a World Class Organization to do business with!
Deron Tucker was our service tech. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely caring of our needs and concerns at hand. Our system had been running fine, but we just wanted to get a checkup and a tune up if necessary. Deron quickly checked the unit, attic unit, ducts, and freon - and told us the system was performing just fine. He blew out a drain line, cleaned the outside condensor, and didnt even try and charge us for freon that we didnt need. He said the unit was full and good to go. $89 bucks out the door with a yard sign! They will always have my business form this pint. Thanks Deron and Total Air & Heat!

Very impressed with the excellent service. Robert R. was very knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, and helpful. Communication was outstanding, and the problem was resolved at a reasonable price.
We have used Total air & Heat for (2) years and always ask for Robert R. Total Air has a great helpful staff starting with making the appointment to the completion of the service call. Robert R. is truly a professional and his work and approach is top notch.
We always ask for Robert R. whenever possible because it is a great feeling to have total confidence in the person you are dealing with! Total Air is a great company with great employees.
Good response by phone on a Sunday. Robert then responded at the time he said he would be here. Checked our unit and repaired quickly and assured us the unit was safe.
Total Air and Heat sent a technician who was fully qualified to assess the installation of two Train systems, two weeks ago, that had gone very badly. Robert [redacted] was well briefed on the problems attending our systems installations. He audited the installation status and provided his experience-based suggestions. He was an excellent technician and an excellent communicator.
Arturo and crew did a great job installing our air-conditioner. This company gave more information when quoting the job than others and more options for how much we needed to spend, or didn't.

Our service tech Robert R took care of one of our AC units yesterday and did a great job communicating with us and getting our unit up and running. Highly recommend the company!
