I would never recommend this company based on poor, unsatisfactory customer service. Company never returned phone calls or submitted requested paperwork they stated would be forwarded. The technician's never arrived at specified times. Owner indicated he fired one service tech based on the information the tech provided me. Owner also stated he may need to fire a second tech because of information he provided me. In my opinion, the only service this company wanted to provide was an up sale of an outdated AC unit they had on hand in lieu of recognizing the home warranty that covered the unit.

I was contacted by Ms. [redacted] On Dec 6th,2013 with her concern that her heater was not working, I informed Ms. [redacted] that I would be out to her home that day.  She said she needed to confirm that someone would be there to accompany my visit and that once she confirmed, she would call me back with a time.  Ms. [redacted] did not called back I have tried several attempts to make an appointment with her and have had no luck.  We strive to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with our company's service and workmanship.  We are eager to rectify this situation.

I am currently renting a home and had a problem with an out dated non-working thermostat, and had a rodent infestation in my vents. Although the management company dragged their feet, as soon as Jungle Cat got the work order, they were on it! Thank You Matt for going above and beyond to take care of the problem and going beyond to adjust the airflow in the house to accommodate my needs. Very professional and friendly service! I would give them a 5 star rating!! I have been in customer service for over 30 years and they exceeded my expectations. He also gave me his personal number in case I had any problems with the new system. Once again..above and beyond.. Thanks Jungle Cat! A+ service..Tina
