The first check had been issued and sent to the customer on May [redacted] via [redacted] first class mailFirst class mail typically takes about 7-days business days to reach the destination however may take up to days to arriveA replacement check had been issued to the customer on June [redacted] and was sent via [redacted] First Class MailThe customer should be receiving the check by the end of this week, the week of June ***

This customer was refunded on December [redacted] and did receive emails about this matter(Files Attached) The customer was prompted to return the card if it happens to arrive to the customers billing address since a refund has been issued This card was shipped out immediately upon purchase and seems it was lost in transit, once we were able to verify a balance still on the product, the refund was issuedI hope this clears everything up, - Junkcard Team

The merchandise return card in question had been in our possession since early January and was valid for its full amount when it was shipped out to the customer in FebruaryThe customer received the card on March ***, The card was then used on March [redacted] in store for the first time, after the customer already had possession of the cardCards are not valid for in store use unless the actual physical card is presented at the register, so the seller of the card could not have used the card in store to make a purchaseWe are unable to issue a refund as the customer, or someone around them perhaps, is the only person who could have used this card

Records show customer placed order on the evening of May **, and the eCode was delivered the next morning via emailWe have now forward the original email to the customer again

I paid $for the AE merchandise credit $in Aug but never used the cardThen I tried to make a purchase on the website on Dec **,but the card number and PIN were nit validThe sale rep reviewed the card and found that it was used upThe 1st purchase was made at Tacoma store and the 2nd was made on ae.comI did not use the giftcardI am demanding my money bak otherwise will go to my credit card company and file a fradulent report with them so they can take Junkcard to jail

This customer was refunded on December *** and did receive emails about this matter(Files Attached)

I have contacted The Limited again after I posted on Revdex.com, and was told the first amount March **, amount of $was an online purchase (but they will not give me name of the purchaser)i can guaranteed you I didn't make that online purchaseplease work with 'the limited' to investigate further who made that purchase and that person should be accountable to pay for this giftcard.thanks

On 6/**/I mailed gift cards totaling $- *** Tracking # *** Junkcard received these gift cards on 7/*/at 1:16pmTo date we have not received payment of $nor has Junkcard responded to any inquiries made requesting payment information There is no phone # to call I have repeatedly requested information and provided my phone # with regards to transaction # **SSN** Still NOTHING!!!!!

(Because these are
considered merchandise credits, the retailer may have recently stooped all merchandise credits from being using on their online store and most likely can only be used in physical storesNever the less, we have sent the customer a return label and have never received these items

 The card was mailed back to them on 08/**/2015 by [redacted]. Today is 08/**/2015 --- I know the card would have received the card by now. I shouldn't have to return the card anyway, but did. I also scanned the back and front of the card and attached that to an email that was sent on the same day as I mailed the card. Junkcard emailed me (evidently after you notified them) that they did not receive the card and had not received my emails.  I have proof of the emails that I sent to them if required. I cannot believe that the [redacted] did not deliver the card to them.  If you need further proof of the emails sent or copies of the [redacted] merchandise card, I can provide that. The card would never have been sent to me if I had pursued the issue.  It was ordered on 7/*/2015 -- after my email to them almost a month later, they said that the card had been returned to them - but they did not try to re-send the card or notify me in any way. I emailed them with the inquiry and the card was then sent -- but with $0 on it.  I want the $64.20 refunded in a check as soon as possible.
