I would like to say how frazzled I was when I first called Jupiter because I am not a computer

I was having problems with unwanted ads in my email that I could not get rid of. n frustration I contacted Yahoo and was sent to the Jupiter service. Was called back within five minutes of my email. There were multiple issues with my computer. I entered into your contact and the issues were resolved within an hour and a half. I am grateful for the prompt, clear and courteous service.

Service is good,however I called 3 times in a 24 hour period for the same problem
