Jupiter Support

These guys are crooks. They took several times to fix the problem and now I am left with a missing address book and my [redacted] is all messed up.
They want more money to fix what they messed up. Although they say 30 day warranty, that starts from the first attempt and not when they actually fix the problem.
How can they have 1 good review and 2 bad ones and still be A-?

They cleaned up my computer and showed me how to use my windows 10. I under stand how to use it now. They explained things to me. They made it easy for to find my email and facebook, I like the way they did it.
