Rocky start on 1/30/ Today I call back (1-31-2016) and got WALT as the technician This was the best support I have ever receivedI consider Walt a whiz If I have a need to seek help again, I hope that I can receive Walt or someone with his knowledge to help me It certainly went smooth and I am up and running

I had problems accessing my e mail.This was caused by the fact I had been in hospital for almost months, the service and courtesy of all of the Jupiter technical personnel was exceptional,they were very patient with me as I had just returned to the cyber wotld about weeks ago and I had not used my computer sine being discharged from a rehab hopital in late march of 2016,I was admitted to hospital on July 20th 1015.It has taken a wee while for me to get back into the workings of the cyber world.I cannot say enough about the courtesy and understanding of every one I spoke to both personally and on Notepad.They were greaaaaaat
