I order a two 3-day JUS Cleanses with Groupon on May ** with $175, and redeemed it on June * with $75 for one day [redacted] shipping fee. The delivery date should be June **, so I could get the item on June **.

But June ** I didn't get it.

After when I checked the [redacted] tracking number, it said my item was voided by sender.

I email them to check whats wrong, they told me tracking number was changed. But before nobody gave me a email and let me know it. And the new tracking number showed the item was already signed but it's not me. That was over one week with my delivery date.

I complaint this problem with them about one week. I want they could send ME the item or refund all charge ($175+$75). But they didn't solve it and no positive respond. I am disappointed about this company and customer service.

I couldn't get a good result with them, so I need your help.

Review: This company does not have any properly trained customer service representatives. I ordered a shipment of perishable juices from them and never received the items. I was home waiting for my packages knowing the nature of the package and [redacted] reputed my package to an access point . I went to the access point and it was not there . No one knows what happens to my package and seemingly they don't care because the woman said its my fault that I was not home. I'm out of 125 dollars and have no package of juices .Desired Settlement: I will like a new shipment of my juices or a refund or my old package of its not ruined

Review: I placed an order for 5-day worth of juices for a body cleanse. The box I received was all damaged and the bottle got damaged in the process. At the same time the juice inside the box spilled everywhere and the box got soaked. When I opened the box, the juices spoiled and couldn't be used. It literally looked like I paid $160 for half empty bottles of vomit. I called both [redacted] and Jus by Julie to file the complaint. Jus by Julie said they can only give me a $100 voucher OR to re-delivery my items. I asked the customer service rep, her name is "MORIAH," if I can call her back to find out when and where they can be sent to instead so somebody can signed off for them and put them in a safe place for me. That was on December [redacted]. Today is December ** and after 4 phone calls and voice mails and also emails, they have yet to even talk to me. They haven't answered my calls or emails or anything. I work customer service myself, that is now how it should be done.Desired Settlement: I think Jus by Julie at the very least should call me and let me know what is going on? At this point I would like my money back but of course they said no.

I purchased a [redacted] deal for a 2 set of 3 days Juice Cleanse from Jus by Julie for $215. I went through the process by scheduling my juices to be delivered. I first scheduled for June **, 2015. I received a email that they cancelled my delivery date because they did not make enough products to ship my items. So, I rescheduled for the following week, July *, 2015, because I really wanted to try their juices and start my cleanse. I missed my first delivery date by [redacted] because underestimated the time range. I called [redacted] to schedule a same day pick up since the next delivery attempt was set for July *, 2015. Since these items are perishable I made time to get my package that day. I was told to arrive at [redacted] in [redacted] facility before they closed. When I arrived an hour before they closed they told me my [redacted] delivery person just arrived and they will track my package. An hour later they informed me that the loader placed my package in their trailer where they have no access. So, my package was locked away. I informed [redacted] that these packages are perishable and because of the US Holiday they will not be open the following day. I called Jus by Julie on Monday, July *, 2015 to let them know what happened. I spoke with one of their representative, Paula, who was rude to me. Paula looked at the tracking history and saw that I missed my first attempt and that I changed the scheduling date. Basically, said that Jus by Julie will not do anything to replace my drinks that went bad and saying that's my fault for missing my package. I understand that yes, it was my fault but I acted upon to schedule a same day pick up but [redacted] failed on me to deliver. But now I was suck with spoiled products and lost of $215. Jus by Julie didn't care. Only offered to give me $75 for a future purchase. I do not plan on using the $75 nor do I want to deal with Jus by Julie again. If Jus by Julie delivered on my first pick, June **, I wouldn't have this issue. I do not think this is completely fair how Jus by Julie took action for my loss. To have this type of concept of business to deliver perishable items they should take risk and make it right to the customers. Shouldn't the customer be happy? I guess not here. After some communications via email and [redacted], Jus by Julie is terrible at responding back. Will not buy juices from them again.

Review: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They will say it is overnight delivery...but then is at least 2 weeks out. When I placed the order I did not receive any type of receipt or tracking information. When I called 2 weeks later to ask about when my juice would arrive, I was told that it had been out for delivery for over 4 days. I stated that I had no interest in drinking perishable juice that had been out for delivery that long and that I would like to be reimbursed for the product I never received. They refused any level of reimbursement. No customer service or integrity whatsoever. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to the cleanse.Desired Settlement: Customer should not be required to pay for a product not received. I received a request for more specific information regarding my desired resolution. It is simple, I never received the product that I was charged for. Therefore, I would like a full refund to my [redacted] in the amount of $288.
