Hello, As per USPS tracking number [redacted] ,package was delivered at the front door on Dec 21.Attached is the screen shot which shows that package was delivered.We suggest you to please contact your local post office to resolve the issue.Thanks.Giftexpress.com

December 1, 2017Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to case ID [redacted] After experiencing issues years after purchase, the consumer did file a claim with [redacted] , the warranty company that issued the protection plan that was purchasedHis table is covered and being replaced by [redacted] Unfortunately the cracking damage reported on his stools is not covered under the protection plan that was purchased, as outlined in the terms and conditions document provided to the consumer at time of purchaseThe exclusion reads, "This Plan coverage does not cover leather scratches, cracking and/or peeking of leather, splitting of bicast, bycast or bonded leather; suede or nubuck." See attached terms and conditions document for referenceJust Cabinets Furniture & More offered replacement stools to the consumer at $below wholesale cost ($below retail price)Since the stools are far beyond the 1-year manufacturer's warranty that would allow [redacted] to facilitate a replacement, we feel this offer is fairShould he wish to pursue the replacements, the offer still stands.Regards,Molly G

Hello, We are unable to find this customer by his first name,last name,phone number and shipping address.Therefore we need the order number or last dgits of the credit card number that was charged so that we could look into it.It seems that customer purchased purchased colognes from
