I am rejecting this response because:Reasons for rejecting your offer are several;In several conversations with your company I was told the ordered product was shipped on it's way to me (obviously not the truth). Could never speak with any person in management and no solutions were ever suggested. It was only after filing with the Revdex.com the banking institution and pay pal was I sent an Email offering a return receipt label. Your company's substitution of a product without my knowledge or approval is illegal and has every appearance of being an intentional "bait and switch" and your continuous lies about having sent me the product ordered leave me no other choice but not to trust anything your company says or does. I will as well be filing with attorney general of your state in an effort to expose your company's illegal practices.

I am rejecting this response because:I have advised this vendor that I have already explained to them that I spoke with the post office and their only response is that they show it was left at the front dor but due to the holidays there is a lot of thefts going on.  I have explained this to them over and over and they just respond with the same, "We hae the tracking and it shows that they left it.  Contact the post office"  I paid them and received nothing so I escalated this to you.

Hello, Customer's credit card was stolen and used by someone.After we received the complaint from customer,full amount was refunded back on the same day which was Dec 1st. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because:  This delivery fee completely...

negates any sale price that was listed on the furniture.  Two sofas on sale at a reduction of $50 each.  Delivery fee $99 for the two sofas.  This is, in my opinion, a racket on the part of Just Cabinets to recoup any supposed discounts on the furniture that is "on sale".  Even their "reduced" delivery fee still negates the sale price of the sofa in question.  If the Revdex.com cannot resolve the situation to my satisfaction I will be forwarding a complaint to the PA Attorney General's office as this most definitely is a bait and switch tactic on the part of Just Cabinets.

While we did have 3 visits we received varied differences of opinions each visit. The first visit was by their salesman Rob W[redacted] who stated that countertop wasn't good. That is why we had the others out. We are working on putting together an exact timeline and comments of each visit. How do we forward that to you for further review?  Additionally what further steps can you recommend to try and get this situation rectified. We have paid a lot of money for this product and would like it fixed/replaced to our expectations. Thanks and I look forward to your response.

Review: We ordered kitchen cabinets and granite countertops from Just Cabinets. The cabinets are great. However the granite is not of the quality we were shown at the time of purchase. The granite is very blotchy and has major divots or fissures that can be felt and seen. In addition the granite feels like it has sand or grit on it and can be felt by running a cloth or your fingernails across it. We have had several company representatives out to the house and some have agreed it looks ok and others have said it doesn't look right. The last correspondence we have had from their district manager, Tim F[redacted] claimed that the company thinks the product was within company standards. I informed Mr. f[redacted] that we were not happy with his answer or his company's customer service and that we were going to pursue other avenues to try and get this issue rectified. We have a timeline of events and what we were told. Each technician seem to have differences of opinions but all toed the company talking points. This problem has been going on since the granite was installed on June 26 2014. Thanks and if you need any further information I will be more than happy to provide it.Desired Settlement: We would like for Just Cabinets to either make the current granite acceptable or remove and replace it with granite that meets our expectations

11/13/2014[redacted] purchased a countertop from us 6/3/2014. They purchased granite, which is a natural stone, Being a natural stone dug from the earth; color and texture can vary for piece to piece and that add to the beauty of a natural material, Having said that; there are still standards that must be met for any natural material. Three different people from all difference sources installers, dealers, and even a different counter top company; all went to their home to inspect a top the customer deemed unacceptable. All three times the report was that the top fell into the acceptable limits of that stone color. The top still holds the warranty as well.Tyler F
