Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is inaccurate and confusing! I was NOT demanding cash and had called the last reschedule (I did not show up) to confirm my appointment since they turned me away from the last one I arrived for! The (claimed owner) wanted nothing to do with me or my concerns! She had cancelled my appointment without a phone call claiming that I cancelled my voucher! This was inaccurate, my voucher was valid and available to use according to the issuing company which had refunded the price paid after this incident! I have wasted so much time on phone calls and driving to my appointment with this company only to be left aggravated with unprofessionalism and uncaring employees that have no clue how to manage a company! My main goal is to prevent aggravation for future customers! I now see numerous complaints filed on several websites, this company has all sorts of issues. I wish I would have looked first, they are horrible! I have never gone through so many unresolved headaches and lies with a company and want to protect future consumers! thank you!
Regards,

I had the WORST experience with this 'business' I can't say if the massage is any good because this company never had employees SHOW UP when I had my appointments!! I purchased a groupon for 3 massages at Just U Relax.(3 1 hr massages for $89) The first time I called to make an appointment about 2 1/2 months ago they told me their computer system was down. They took my info and said they would call me back as soon the system was back up. I never recieved a call. About a week later I called again to make an appointment and was able to set one up a month later. On the day of my appointment I arrived about 40mins early and the place was locked and the lights were off. I waited 30 mins PAST my appointment time to see if someone would come and they didn't. The next day someone called me saying that they had left me 2 voice messages reguarding my appointment and how they had to reschedule because, "a man walked into the building with a lit cigar and the sprinkler system went off and all businesses were shut down). I NEVER recieved a call from them or even had a missed call explaining the cancelation but mysteriously the NEXT day they had my correct phone number to contact me. So letting it go, I made another appointment. This time I arrived 35 mins prior to my appointment. Once again the door was locked and the lights were off. On the door there was a pink sticky note that said "[redacted]- please wait until 6:10." So I went back and sat in my car. Around 6:08 I looked behind me (I wasn't parked facing the door) and noticed the sticky note was gone. I looked around a little confused because I had not seen a car or a person come or go. (small parking lot) I walked up to the door to find it was locked and again the lights were off. I looked all around the entrance to see if the note had possibly blown off the door into the bushes and saw nothing but a greasy handprint on the door in the SAME place as the sticky note. I waited by the door and at about 6:16 a girl came out and said that because I wasn't here at 6, the lady left. I told her that I had been waiting for almost an hour and that the door had been locked with a note saying to wait until 6:10. She said there was NO note on the door and the lady was gone because I had NOT been there at 6!! I told her the door was locked and the lights were off and she said it was because she "was in session." However the entire time I was waiting in my car I NEVER saw anyone come in or out of the parking lot.The business is full of GARBAGE. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 2 times TOO many. If you don't want to waste your time with games and BS, don't go here!! This place is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with!! I rearranged my ENTIRE DAY AND SCHEDULE TWICE and these people can't even show up?! UNBELIEVABLE. If you bought a groupon and are having problems, contact groupon. They are more than willing to help and judging from how quickly they credited me, I am not the first person to complain about this joke of a company!!

Review: I bought a Groupon for JustURelax for a 90min massage at a location close to me. A few weeks later, I got an email saying that my location closed but I could go to another. When I made the app, JUR said that someone would call the day before to remind me. On the day before my appt, I hadnt received the reminder. I decided to call them in the afternoon, from my work phone, and left a message indicating that I was calling because they hadn't called me yet. I never did hear anything back that night. When I got to work the next day, I had a message from JUR, saying "Im just returning your call regarding making an appt for you to get your massage." Obviously, she either didn't listen to my message or was just calling back people from their caller id. I called again that morning from work at 10. I didn't leave a message this time. They called me at 11:30 at work. I said, yes, I was just calling to confirm my appt that I have today. Someone said they were going to call but I didn't get a call." She said "Oh, is this [redacted], for the 90 minute massage?" I said yes. She asked me to hold on and comes back and says "we tried to call you 3 times yesterday and it said your phone was not in service so we cancelled your appointment." I was flabbergasted. I was like, are you kidding me, I have been waiting for this for 2 months now. I told her there was no way that you called my cell 3 separate times and each time it said it was not in service. I said that is a bunch of bull-[redacted]. And she was like "maam, you don't need to talk to me like that. I wasnt yelling, but my voice was raised because I just could not believe that they were saying this to me. I said try to call my phone now with another phone while we both stay on this line. She wouldn't do it. Said, Today is a different day. It was not in service YESTERDAY. So we went back and forth and she finally said "your certificate has been revoked.Desired Settlement: I am not looking for a settlement with Just U Relax. I will never step foot into their facilities. What I want is for them to be investigated, reprimanded and not be allowed to be a part of trusted sources like Groupon. What they are doing is wrong and needs to stop. Consumers do not deserve to be treated in such a way. This goes beyond poor service. There are too many similarities between each of the complaints on Revdex.com and other sites. JUR isnt doing something right. Not sure what or how to stop them, but if I have to blast this information all over social media, I will.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. They are very unprofessional, rude and not customer-service oriented. They have no professional method to keep track of the number of massages that are used when an individual buys a 3-pack, which I just learned by experience. I bought a 3-pack, used one massage, showed up on a snowy day and was told they were closed and could not give me the second massage. Funny, I drove to Westlake and bought a massage from another reputable business that didn't seem to need to close for snow. I just went there today and was informed that I was using the last of my 3-pack today, and that the additional courtesy massage I was offered due to their snow-closing was non-existent. The therapist ([redacted]) told me she was refusing to give me my 2nd massage today, I asked for a refund for the 2 remaining, but they only offer "store" credit. Save your money, your time and your frustration - go to reputable massage establishment - not this one!!! After reading the reviews on this site and others, [redacted] is named as the owner. She was the person I was dealing with today and she ([redacted]) kept referring to "the owner said," and "the owner checked your file on how many massages you have used" - I was speaking directly to the Owner she was nothing but ATTITUDE!!!! I had issues with scheduling, I could never speak directly with a real person, and then this! There are too many other skilled massage therapists to deal with this treatment. So, yes, I am out the money for the last two massages and even if I was offered six free massages (which I would never get from them anyway) I would not step foot back in there again. Read the reviews - buyer beware!!!!

The worst experience of my life. Took someone more than a week to get back to me and schedule my appointment the first time. The day of my scheduled appointment I was called an hour before hand to cancel with no offer of rescheduling. When I tried to call back and reschedule it took four calls on my part before I received a call back. The day of my new appointment I show up and no one is there. I called the number I was called from and got a person who told me I was called that morning to cancel because there was no power( I was in front of the facility and the neighboring store had power). Then I was told that my appointment was scheduled for the previous Friday, why call if I didn't actually have an appointment?

I could go on and on about how rude and inept the staff is, but all you have to do is look at the other reviews. An influx of groupons is no excuse for poor customer service.

I'd bought a voucher off of Living Social for the one hour deep tissue massage. When I scheduled the appointment I told the lady it was for my fiance & put the appointment in her name. I called the day before to see if I could get the appointment moved up & was told no, which was fine. I was then asked my name and I told the lady that I had bought this voucher but the appointment was in my fiances name. She told me I couldn't modify the appointment only that person who's name it is in could. Be then started getting very rude, snide & nasty. Just on that phone call alone I cancelled my appointment & placed a call to Living Social who handled my complaint very fast & effectively.

I bought two Groupons for one hour massage - for my birthday, I thought it would be a treat. My husband and I arrived for our 3 p.m. apt and waited in the waiting room for over 20 minutes before we were taken to a room where we could receive a couple's massage. As one of the the two masseuses was showing us the room - my husband's smart phone went off indicating he had an email. He placed his phone on silent as we got ready for the massage. When the massage ended, I thought that it was very short (we have received quite a few massages in the past, and this did not feel like an hour). After I got dressed, I checked my phone - it was 3:54. My husband checked his phone and he received his last email at 3:21pm. I thought it was an honest mistake and brought it up to the masseuses - letting her know that we paid for one hour, but it appeared we were mistakenly booked for a 30 minute massage. The masseuse told me that was not possible. I explained to her that we had waited for awhile and the times we had gotten the email and noticed the massage had ended. The one masseuse said she was not sure how long we had waited, bc she was in another session until 3:15 (and by the way - she was one of OUR two masseuses - so how does this add up to one hour?!). The other stated that there was no way we only got 30 minutes- she set the timer for an hour and we had received an hour. I again pointed out the times we had noticed on our phones. She told me that was impossible, it was now 4pm and we had a 3pm apt. She then backed down and said "maybe you didn't get 7 or 10 minutes of your massage, but that's it." I again tried to discuss with her, and she became incredibly rude, screaming that we owed her for tax. I told her to "forget about it" thinking I would contact a supervisor in her company. She said "it's forgotten" and stamped out of the front waiting area. Her name was [redacted]. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Incredibly rude treatment and a total scam. I was polite the entire time (whoever seems to be responding to these posts tends to blame it on the customers being rude). Unlike the paid professional, [redacted], I was polite and never cussed or raised my voice, or stamped out of the room. But I will never give them another dollar of ours, and I am going to spread the word to my friends to do the same. What was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon left me leaving the salon much more stressed out than I was when I went in.

Review: THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Everything that everyone else has said is correct. Customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! Everyone who works for this company is insanely rude. I have never honestly experienced worse customer service in my life. I purchased 3 Groupons from them, my mom purchased a 3 pack from them and my boyfriend bought one. I found it impossible to book an appointment with them. They DO NOT return phone calls so it's impossible to book an appointment before my Groupon expired so I was required to pay out of pocket for my terrible massage. My massage was cut short by almost 20min so I was offered a free facial my next time in. Tricky on their part knowing I would most likely never be able to schedule another appointment with them again. I have since attempted to get in for another massage before my other Groupon expired and have been unsuccessful. I am not sure how this company is still in business. Since my trip to the Kamm's Korner location, I have visited another massage clinic and have seen how one should work. You should be able to get a front desk associate on the phone at ANY time to book an appointment. You should also be able to walk into the clinic and speak with someone about booking an appointment or any other business related topics. This company I believe used Groupon to keep their different branches in business but soon enough everyone who bought the Groupon will realize they got fooled and the company now has their money and only has to offer services to customers when it's convenient for them. A.K.A. after the Groupon is expired and the customer is required "by law" to pay out of pocket. How ridiculous.Desired Settlement: A refund would be nice but I don't see a refund coming from a company that can't even afford to appropriately staff their "service industry" type of business

This customer came in to her appointment late, and was very

rude upon arrival. She was told that she could reschedule because of

her tardiness or continue with her time slot, she chose to stay.

It seems that she is more upset with the Groupon requirements,

which she chose to purchase, and not the shop. All of her calls were

returned in a promptly fashion and the services were received

according to her purchase. If there are any more questions or concerns

feel free to contact us at 1-877-800-6923

Thank you, Just U Relax Massage and Spa

This company is horrible. I bought a Groupon and then tried four times to schedule an appointment. They told me they couldn't schedule it while I was on the phone with them and promised to call back, they never called back. This happened twice. Then once I called back enough to get it recheduled they called me at the last minute and cancelled. I again rescheduled. On Saturday they called and AGAIN there was a problem. When I tried to voice a complaint with how hard it was to schedule this appointment and how frustrated I was becoming they became angry, told me that I was not to speak to them that way and hung up on me. When I called back they said that "when their customers get angry its easier to hang up on them and let them call down before they speak to them. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I am convinced this entire company is a scam.

I purchased 2 groupons - one for myself & one for my mother as a present. She has rheumatoid arthritis & I thought it would be nice & relaxing for her. Unfortunately, we never were able to book our massages due to the level of rudeness & unprofessionalism from the customer service rep. They were booked for a month straight she said. She kept offering me times & dates that I said I was unable to do (I asked for evening or weekends, but she kept offering Monday & Tuesday mornings like a month and a half away. She was so unhelpful & rude, I just wanted to do book a massage - that's all. Being a customer service rep I understand frustration & I am more than patient. Once she pushed me to my limit I apologized & said that I was just trying to book a massage & sorry if I was bothering her. She said "Well it gets pretty redundant when everyone buys a groupon & tries to redeem them one month before they expire!" At that point I was offended & asked for her name & asked for a supervisor - one was not available. I left a message requesting to be contacted by someone who would be helpful & allow me to schedule a massage. Also, let my name & number. 2 1/2 weeks later a woman called & left me a message saying she got my message & the phone was breaking up so she didn't know what I wanted but was only able to make out my phone number from the message. Not returning a phone call for 2 1/2 weeks is unacceptable - my groupons were expired by that time. Luckily I had already contacted groupon & they refunded my money with no problems. Maybe they should put a limit on how many groupons they sell if they are unable to keep up with the demand. Also, hire someone friendly to book appointments.

Review: My husband [redacted] was to have an appointment for a massage at Just U Relax's Solon location (not listed on their website). His appt. was 1/9/14 at 3:30. He arrived and NO ONE WAS THERE. He called one of the two phone numbers 1 216 835-7232 or 1 877-800-6923. They apologized, told him they would give him a free massage for his troubles, and booked him for 6:30 that same day in Solon. When he arrived for the 6:30 appt., no one was THERE AGAIN!! And calls to both numbers either don't get answered or go to answering machines. He has been to the Kamm's Corner business and seems not to have this problem. He has had one other time in the past six or eight months with no one being at Solon location!Desired Settlement: My husband has three outstanding massages that he has paid for on the books of Just You Relax. In addition, he is supposed to have one free massage for the 3:30 appt. I think he should be compensated for his time off from work and showing up two times for appointments when no one was at the place of business. This is just bad business.

The consumer has received a refund and considers this matter resolved.

I bought a groupon for this business. It took me at least six months to get an appointment. I called number and was warned to leave ONE message and someone would get back with me. I did. I received a call back around two months later and scheduled an appointment. They called me on the day of the appointment to reschedule, I obliged. This happened THREE TIMES. The last time, I informed the person calling on behalf of the company of my experience. She immediately got an attitude with me, told me I was a bad listener, even called me a liar. I asked to speak with the manager, she told me the manager was only going to back her up and tell me the same thing. I was horrified. Luckily, I was able to get a refund for this groupon. I will never....let me repeat that...I will NEVERRRRR patronize this company based on my experience. It was god awful.

The customer service was horrible. They said that they couldn't take my appoint me till midway through February and I called to make an appointment on January 2, 2015. That wasn't so much the issue as the poor customer service. The receptionist called my fiance a liar and she was patronizing me as well. What happened to good customer service? I never even got in the door. I feel like the don't even want business there. Its probable a front for something else.

Review: I bought a living social deal for myself and an addition one for my friend. While waiting I noticed a sign on a desk that read online coupons are subject to tax. The tax seemed high so I asked the girl was the tax based on the value of the service or the amount I paid for the deal. Another girl came in and asked me what I wanted to know so I repeated the question. Is the tax paid on the value of the service or amount paid for the deal? Moments the employee returned with the owners business card and said we dont know. And because they couldnt answer the question I would have to reschedule. I said it was not bid deal. It was less than $5. She insisted I leave because the question could not be answered. Once it finally sank in that I got off work early, drove downtown, paid for parking and was now being asked to leave I was more than a little confused. So I explained that I was not challenging their tax collecting practices I was just curious what the deal was. Then she told me to leave again and reschedule. I told her that if I left I was not going to come back. She said DONT THREATEN ME. I didnt really think that was much of a threat. I then explained that I left work early and also paid for parking. That is when she told me to stop yelling. I was not yelling. I looked at her and said I am not going to argue this. She proceeded to spew out more garbage. My only response was there is no purpose in arguing with a fool. To which she exploded and called me a fool among other things and to take my fat #$% home and go loose a hundred pounds or so. To wish I responded all I wish you is Karma. I am not sure if there are laws about discriminating based on weight, but this was the most horrible thing I have ever experienced it what is called a business.Desired Settlement: Based on the staff and reviews I have read I beleive that I was not their "normal" client. I suspect there are other illiagal practices happening there. Just saying it is a suspcion. I cant believe that a real business is run that poorly. They either didnt like be because I was over weight or simply because I am a woman an not their "normal" client.

Business

Response:

[redacted] statement to Revdex.com.

This event account is untrue.

We tried to offer the client to begin services when she became competitive.

The client stated that she "googled" the tax rate @ 7.50% and our rate was "off" by "$5 more dollars on top of parking that she had paid."

She was loud, we asked her to call the boss our re-verify 7.75% in Ohio.

She went back & kept asking if I was wrong based on amount paid vs amount worth & if she would have to pay on 2 vouchers and why.

Stay away from this business. I officially put in my complaint after months of trying to make an appointment. I paid $15 to park downtown one Saturday in June when I had my appointment with them, but they decided not to show up to work. With no call to tell me to not to make the journey downtown Cleveland. Weeks later they call to state that all their employees were ina car accident that morning. The web site does not work, the people don't work, the business don't work! What a joke of a business, but most terrible, is how much they have ripped off the people of Cleveland! I hope to see this business shut down. I have still not been able to get an appointment since my June no-show.

RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The person with whom I spoke stated that same day openings were NEVER available because they were SUCH A GREAT PLACE and no one ever cancelled???. While trying to negotiate an available day in the following weeks - she was alternately rude and patronizing. I am a busy professional trying to get a massage, not beg for a meeting with the president of the USA. I indicated I would have to call back to schedule something in the future. She then stated for me to not bother and hung up on me. I am always polite and never raise my voice or say things I would not repeat in public to anyone. I assumed I had just gotten a disgruntled employee- so I called back and asked for the manager. This person stated she was the manager and stated that they did not need my business and hung up on me for the second time. As this was a 3 session $89.00 groupon, I called groupon directly, who apologized and refunded my money with no problems. Thank you groupon. I would stay away from this place. They obviously are not doing so well if their managers do not understand customer service and they do not have enough staff to answer phones.

horrible place of business. They do not honor any of their packages. Personnel are extremely rude, do not return phone calls, and hang up on customers. Massages and facials do not last the length of time paid for, and staff blame the customers when they are asked why. I would rather lose the money that I paid, than ever step foot in this horrible place again.

Review: I had the worst experience. The bathroom ceiling had collapsed . I had a groupon and they still charged me $11.10 in tax. I was the only customer. I bought the 90 minute massage, and they only did 45 minutes and had to give me a gift certificate for another day. The place was dark, dirty and creepy. I will never go back!Desired Settlement: I bought a 90 minute groupon for $30 and only got 45 mins and a gift certificate but will not be going back. I would like at least half of this back along with the $11.10 I was charged in tax.

Review: I went to get a massage at Just U Relax, and was called a F[redacted] B[redacted] by the Manager/owner of this company. I was four minutes late to this apt. Trying to find the place is what made me late. No Sign is on their outside building. When I walked in the lady behind their counter said, sorry we have a policy written on your Groupon that says if you are more than five minutes late, we can not take you. Well I showed her my phone and it was only 5 past 4. She said no, you will have to come back. I asked her to show me the print on the groupon that says if you are late, where it says that. She grabbed my Groupon out of My hand and said YOU get out YOU F[redacted] B[redacted] and do not come back. What great customer service.Desired Settlement: Nothing, just keep an eye on this place
