Review: My daughter bought a living social deal for my Mother's Day gift. I have yet to get an appointment with them. My scheduled appt on June 23th in downtown Cleveland did not happen because the office was closed. I paid $15 to park and the office was not open. I recieved no phone call and I am quite exhausted because they never answer their phones. When they did call back, they never apologized just stating that all four of their employees were in a car accident. I am officially putting in a complaint now since they now will not honor the deal as stated because the time expired. On their voicemail,they state they cannot honor the deal because of state law. What law is that? I am still trying to get my appt for whatever price my daughter paid, but at this time, I am just about to give up. They also state that you can book your appt on-line but you cannot.Desired Settlement: My daughter paid $79 and would like that to be refunded.

I'm sure you all noticed that Just U Relax (Ursela Washington) always has an answer. It reminds me of my 12 year old who always has some smart-assed comment. I called to make an appointment and became frustrated immediately by the receptionists tone and line of questioning. I decided right away that I didn't want an appointment with this salon so I said "never mind and hung up". The alleged office manager called my place of employment 5 times and then left a rude message about how she called the police because I was rude to her staff. When I finally answered the call to say in a nice way that I'm not interested, the office manager told me she was calling my supervisor. This salon is a joke and the woman; a well versed SCAMMER.

Review: I purchased two 1-hour massage gift certificates last year for Christmas 2012. These certs expire December 31 2013. I have yet to be able to get in for a massage because no one ever answers or calls back. One of the certificates was for a gift. My friend made her appointment and also one for her husband at the same time. She was constantly harassed from that point until her appointment with calls asking to move her appointment up. Which she did not wish to do as is was scheduled for when her husband was off work. So they keep their appointment at the Solon location, when they get there it is closed - like GONE. I have been calling ever since trying to get my money back or even find out if there is another location in my area. We do not want to drive to downtown Cleveland and would not have purchased the certs if that would have been the only choice. When I do finally get someone on the phone (about once in each 50 tries) they are unwilling to do anything for me and say that they will have a manager call me. Which no one ever does. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I don't want to support this establishment with my business. This ruined Christmas for my friend and her husband and has been a huge inconvenience for me for MONTHS.

Review: I have been getting massages along with chiropratic treatment for over 10yrs every 2 weeks to manage my back pain. This is the worst experience Ive ever had, Unfortunely I bought a package of 3 from Groupon, The 1st appt. took me 3 phone calls to get someone to call back ,and I had to make the appt 3weeks out, a few days before the appt. they call and ask if I can move the appt. from 10 to 9 I said I could not I had a previous commiment , however I can probably be there by 9:30, which would be pushing it, No one called the day before the appt. to confirm, so I called them but no one answered so I just showed up at 9;30. The place was dirty and had no ambiance of a massage place I have typically been to, (which is alot) then she shorts me 20mins of my hour massage, she leaves the room, and Im thinking she just stepping out for a second but as I lay there for quite a few minutes I realize she is not coming back, but I was also suppose to recieve a facial which they offered for free because they moved locations, so I dress and come out and asked her about the facial she said they didnt have it scheduled, I told her I scheduled it with the massage, plus my massage was shortened by 20 mins, I can prove this because I was on a previous appt, and left lakewood at 9:15, she claim she started early, there was no way unless she stared without me,.I was rushing to get there on time. So I have to make a 2nd and I make sure they have massage and facial scheduled, I also tell her I want to add the 20 mins. that they shorted me to this time, she said they could not that would have to be seperate,so I arrive and wait 45min,(guy also waited over an hr) I was out in dirty room, they clean it up and leave so I can change ,No one comes back,12mins later I wrap up no one is around, I find her in a meeting with advertisers, so I ask when will this start? she came in and said that was not approriate and was declining massage, REALLY? Its approriate to be and hour late? No toliet paper, or paper towels, very bad.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, however I bet this is very unlikely , so I will try with groupon , they are very unprofessional and probably wouldnt refund for anything, I really just want other people to know.

This is a flat out lie, and Im sure that is about the only way they can respond ,is to lie, all the reasons I gave in my letter and this is what they come up with, Well if need be, there was a lady in the waiting room, that the massotherapist was having a meeting with , this was one of the reasons she was so late, the lady was from [redacted] advertising to sell Just u relax , a space in the weekly flyer. I talked to her in the parking lot and would not want to publish her name publically, for she had nothing to do with this, however she witnessed this whole so called scene, I absoulutly did not run in the hall naked, but Im not shocked at this businesses complete lack of professionalism. Even there facebook page, other than myself claims that the client was treated ghetto( not my words) by the recepionist who was wrong, It isnt only me who does not believe they are running a legit business. and if it is legit they need to take training on how to treat clients. As I indicated in my previous complaint I wrapped sheet around me and opened the door and stuck my head out and it was dark and no one was around, I thought they had forgotten about me, so when I finally seen her I asked, how much longer is this going to be.?And I believe this is what mad her mad, she didnt like being caught having a meeting when they were so far behind. This is hardly a person running around naked, also I had panties on under the sheet but even if I didnt , I did not come out other than my head and I had sheet wrapped around me, If needed I will get other people that were in lobby to write correspondence with there testomony to prove what a flat out lier these people at the Kamms plaza brance are. I am not seeking anything from this company, I would never go back and the only thing I was seeking was to spare others from wasting there money at this establishment, however I do not need to do anything , they will do that just fine on their own. No One can say that I was in the hall naked, NO ONE,, I didnt even see other people here except the lady tring to sell advertising who was also shocked by there treatment of customers and another gentleman that waited over an hour for his appt. Ive been getting massage for over 15yrs every 2 weeks, I have never filed a complaint, I dont believe I ever filed a complaint against a business period. especially a massotherapist, that is usually a little piece of heaven. Massotherapist dont run late because if the client is late they lose that time, therefore any one who gets massage never runs late unless it is really , really important or unavoidable, but even then the business does not run behind, the client losses. I am done wasting time and energy about this business, Im a sales person myself and meet alot of people daily and I know they wont be in business very long, so that is enough for me.

Review: Went to Just u Relax... On 7/26/2012... No one showed up and I had a 10 o'clock appointment. No one called me either to cancel. Called numerous times and left message. Second time there and still no services...Paid for parking,for nothing plus gas too.Desired Settlement: Call me and actually provide my services I purchased a spa package...

Review: I received a Living Social on Sept 1, 2012 to receive a 75 min massage and bodywork. I had scheduled a couple of appointments and kept getting cancellations the day before for a massage. I was scheduled for a massage on Jan 5th. The day before, I received a call asking to switch the timing from 1pm to 4pm. I let her know that I have a hair appointment for 3pm so it will be tight. I had a hard time finding the entrance as there is no number or sign in front of the doors. After I finally found it, the lady informed me that I could not get a massage as I had arrived 7 minutes late and they have a 5 minute cut-off. I told her to give me a 68 minute massage instead of the 75 minute massage but she refused. I re-scheduled on January 18th for 10am. At 9:10am, I received a call confirming my appointment and asking to re-schedule to a later time. I informed the lady, that I have been re-scheduled 3 times and would like to keep the appointment. When I got to the appointment, I was told that the lady is coming after 3 days and the heating was turned off. The temperature was 60 degrees. Despite the frigid temperature, I got my massage. After the massage, I realized that I had forgotten the voucher in the car or at home. The lady said, Dont worry, you can drop it off by 3:30pm. At 5:30pm, I told the lady, that I lost track of time and I am on my way to drop the voucher. She told me very rudely that she would not be able to accept the voucher as according to the State of Ohio, I had done a theft of service. I asked her, how is it theft of service if I have prepaid for the service? I have proof of payment. She said she didnt want to listen to me and will see me in JAIL.I have received several texts asking for payment. She has contacted the police and attorney to file a claim against me. I have paid for the service and she just wont accept proof of payment. She is harassing me with threats. Please don't ever go to Just U Relax - it gives you more stress.Desired Settlement: I believe I don't owe any money. I would like all charges to be dropped against me. I would like this business to close. They have several complaints filed against them.

Mls.[redacted] received 75 min. massage and bodywork at our Solon

location. Upon check out she stated she forgot her voucher in her car as

well as her payment that was due. She then went to her car and drove

away, we immedietly called her and she agreed to return to make the

payment. Mrs. [redacted] never returned, we contacted the Solon police

and made a report for theft of services at that time we also submitted

the information to the Attorny Generals office, because she submitted

a similar complaint. Since then we have still not received her payment

or her voucher ( at time of service her voucher was already expired per

Mrs [redacted]) she claimed she purchased, and have had no further contact

with Mrs [redacted] . We would have honered or extended the late voucher

had she presented it at time of service.

I have phone call records from Just U Relax, that state: Just U Relax refuses to accept the voucher when I was dropping it off at 5:30pm. The police report that was filed was dismissed by the prosecutor. This is a case of harassment, dishonesty and bad business practices. Just U Relax has 12 Revdex.com complaints against them. Just U Relax has 2 Ohio Attorney General complaints. No one should use this business!!!

Review: My Fiancee bought me three vouchers to Just U Relax for three Spa treatment. When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was very rude on the phone. I called in December to set an appointment and they said they couldn't get me in till February 28th. The receptionist got ruder and ruder with me. Finally when I asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up the phone on me. I had my fiancee call back after that and she spoke very politely with them and scheduled an appointment. However I wrote an email to the manager to inform her of the poor service that her receptionist was giving. The manager [redacted] sent me an email back saying that she was putting me and my Fiancee on their "do not serve" list. She also said she was NOT giving back a refund on the tickets that my fiancee had already paid full price for.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the money we spent to purchuse these vouchers. They are refusing to service us and are also refusing to give the money we paid them back to us. A company cannot take our money if they don't live up to the contract that we agreed upon. They did nothing to earn the money that we paid and we want a full refund and for people to know that this is not a good company to do business with.

Review: I received a voucher for a massage as a Christmas present. I called on the Friday following Christmas, Dec. 27th, and spoke to a woman that said they would call me right back so I could schedule my appointment. They never called me back that day. I called again on Monday, Dec. 30th and left a voicemail stating what my voucher was for and that I was trying to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call back for a few days so I called back on Thursday, Jan. 2nd and left the exact same message. Friday the 3rd I called and left the same message with no call back. I called Monday, Jan. 6th and spoke with a woman that said they had been closed the last 2 weeks, (which their voicemail never stated,) and she said they were overwhelmed with people they were calling back and they were calling them back in the order that they received them. I said not a problem and waited a few more days for a call back. The call still didn't come. I called back on Wednesday, Jan. 8th and spoke to someone again that said they would call back, again. This time they actually did and I scheduled the appointment for the first available day, today, Jan. 28th. My appointment was for 2:15 and my GPS took me about 1/4 mile past the correct location so I looked around and could not find it. I called the 877# that is the only one they provide and they told me exactly where it was. When I pulled up it was 2:19 and I went inside. The first and only thing I said to the lady behind the counter was, "I am a little late for my appointment because my GPS took me too far down the road." Her response was, "You will have to reschedule because you are 5 or more minutes late." Me: "Really? Did you already give my appointment away?" Associate: "Yes, really and I don't know. There are 7 rooms back there so I don't know." Me: "Well I can just have 5 minutes less in my massage then." Associate: "That isn't our policy, you need to reschedule." Me: "Are you kidding?" Associate: "Do I look like I'm kidding?" I left. Her attitude was unacceptableDesired Settlement: I would like to know what is being done with this company and their policies. Their website does not work on any but one or two of the links to click on. Nowhere on the website does it state that appointments will have to be rescheduled after 5 minutes late. There are far too many other complaints for this company to even be offering discounted coupons. It is all too much of a scam.

We filed a police report for this client. He called 28 times for a refund although we do not provide cash refunds, we attempted to make an exception and told him we would mail it within 2 weeks, he called and came to the offices asking for cash, stating he will meet us somewhere for the money and that his wife has cancer so he began to threaten us with news channel reports and Revdex.com complaint if we didn't allow him to pick up the refund for his wife's medicine. We blocked his number, reported phone harassment and notified security.

We refuse service to this client and his wife for this reason.(at the office we asked them to write their address for the refund and he wrote his e mail address, we stated that we need home address and he did not seem to understand and we stated that maybe it was a language barrier and we tried to relay this but he got angry we had to call security since he stated we were discrimination by trying to explain this.

What the lady said is not true at all , she was refusing a refund from the begining, she was looking for excuses to avoid that. I did try to get in touch with her a few times and I remeber that I did call her a few times on the 07/11/2012 and left her a few voicemails cause Iwas trying to reach her but that is because she ask me to stop at the downtown location at 9:00 am on that day and ofcourse there was nobody there. I even left a messege on the ground level at the doorman for her , asking her to call me back .I was never evacuated by the security and I was always polite and well behavied in my raports wirth her. I never maid any threatys to her whatsover and my language was always decent , all I said was "please call me back". I remember that at a certain point (before 07/11/212) she said that it is "only "50 $ why do I want my money back ? At that time I responded that for us ( me and my wife which is suffering from cancer ) is a lot of money. On my last conversaion with her IBsaid that I will proceed with complaints at Revdex.com and maybe I will sue her bussines !!! I never tryed to get in touch with her ever since.!!!!!! It is uselles because this lady is very rude and unpolite and it is obvious that she never intended to get us a refund. I have receipts from the parking lot next to the building showing that we were on time and yet she refused to do the massage that we previously paid for. My wife was with me and she is my witness. We paid for a couple massage and than she refused to do it saying that we were late. This lady is evil she is lying and she is turning herself into a victim here but she is the one taking money from innocent people like me and my wife. I'm still shocked by the entire expirience!!!

ALL I EVER WANTED WAS TO GET OUR MONEY BACK , WE HAVE RECEIPT AND SHE ACKNOWLEGED THAT WE NEVER GOT THE MASSAGE OR A REFUND. THAT IS ALL WE ARE ASKING FROM THIS BUSSINESS, BUT IF SHE WILL REFUSE I WILL SEE MYSELF FORCE TO TRAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST "JUST RELAX"

EVEN AT THIS POINT A REFUND WOULD SETTLE THE DISPUTE FROM MY POINT OF VEW.
