I am rejecting this response because: They gave me a run around I contacted the airline I was told it wasn't true they dont send refund checks the agency should pay for it,  the payment went through the agency and when I called the agency to cancel the ticket I was told my funds will go back in my account within 24 hours. Everytime I call back they were telling me something totally different then the previous person. 2 days after I gave them my debit card number I started seeing charges in my account that make me believe the charges came from them.

I would be happy to speak with a manager about the situation. That's what I tried to do immediately prior to submitting this Revdex.com complaint. I made several phone calls, requesting each time to speak with a manager, and each time being transferred or placed on hold for extended periods of time. Please provide a direct managerial point of contact (name, contact information, and the best hours to call) and I would be happy to speak with that person directly. Or, have a manager contact me directly at [redacted]

Hi,As per the customer request we tried to get a full refund form the Airline even when his ticket is non-refundable as it was a medical case ,however Airline rejected the full refund for him customer need to understand that we are not an Airline we are third party travel agency and the fare rules are under the control of Airline whatever ticket rules that airline made we cannot change the fare rules.We tried what we can do from our end.Thank you!

Dear Team,This is in response to the complaint made by one of our consumer who was unable to get his electronic tickets because she failed to send the authorization form and ID on time.This booking was made on 24-Feb-15 on our website. The total cost for this ticket was $4793.00. The tickets were...

issued but before we send the electronic ticket we have certainverification parameters that we do in order to make sure that the purchase is legitimate. We have a call verification team who always call the passengers to verify the flight details and the transaction being made. Apart from that If the card holder is travelling along with more number in party then we significantly require an authorization form to be filled and signed by the card holder which has to be done on the same day or the next day. Along with the UCCF form the card holder require to send a copy of his goverment issued ID for verification.On 25-Feb-15 we received a call from the card holder and she stated that she will send the documents required in 2 hours time. However she failed to send them accordingly. Wealso sent an email stating the documents required. The booking was still on hold until 26-Feb-15 but finally we had to cancel and void the transaction because the card holder failed to send the documents that were asked for. Adding to this I would also like to state that all the fares are not guaranteed and releasing the electronic ticket depends upon the fulfillment of the verification and the authorization documents required.NB : Please see the attachment..Authorization Form being requested.

This is in response regarding the complaint made by one of our customer for the Complaint ID [redacted] with the booking reference ID : [redacted] Passenger book this ticket on our website on [redacted] whose original dates that he wanted to book was for 03AUG15 to...

15AUG15.However he selected the dates as departure on 02AUG15 and returning on 13AUG15.The total fare for the selected dates was $6847.55 in which the tickets were issued. He then called in on the same date to change the dates to depart on 03AUG15 and return on 15AUG15. Unfortunately the fare was much higher than what was booked. One of the representative then provided an option to depart on 03AUG15 and return on 14AUG15 the fare of which was for USD7053.55. We then sent it for anissuance. However before the tickets were issued the fare expired and was no longer available. He then called on 24DEC14 to cancel the ticket since the newfare quoted had expired. So therefore the original tickets were cancelled and all the transactions were voided and all the charges which was done on from hiscard was refunded back to his original form of payment.As per the terms and conditions stated on our website and at the time of purchase; it is clearly stated that "fares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued and are subject to change according to the availability. We tried our best to assist our customer to get the best possible flight options but unfortunately since the customer denied we were unable to provide the tickets as was requested.NB : Kindly please see the following items attached.       1. I am rejecting this response because: they it means justairticket not saying true version,they took 100 dollars cuncelation fee, we left credit 1993 dollars and 93 cens and they want for new ticket onother 2058 dollars ,we sent them certified copy from hospital they promis we not going to have problem with nwe ticket,now we are going thrue hell .Person who promise was Victor B[redacted] now he dose not want to talk to us he avoid  all this. The ticket was cancelled because in order to protect from any fraudulent activity we undertake...

certain security measures. But if the customers failed to comply by the necessary requirements within 24hrs of booking then we are bound to cancel the ticket and void the transaction.Because the time limit for voiding the ticket is within 24hrs of the booking. We did try our best to educate the customer about the security measures that we undertake and alsothe requirement of authorization email. But since we did not receive within the stipulated time we had to cancel the ticket and void the transaction. Moreover we do honor the consumers concern saying that they never had to send such an authorization email for the ticket booking. But policies differs from company to company. I am rejecting this response because:
I made every effort to confirm my identity including three-way calling [redacted] in order to verify my identity. They requested an undue amount of personal information and tied up nearly 3 hours of my time in the process. The "large" amount they reference was for five plane tickets...aka about the number of tickets you would need for the average family to take a trip. After it was all said and done, they still rejected by identification and threatened to report me to the police for fraud. The accusation of fraud and involving law enforcement is completely unwarranted and they need to be penalized for this egregious accusation.  They should be publicly shamed and called out for their completely awful way of doing business. In the end I was forced to buy tickets elsewhere without issue.
