They charged my account twice AFTER I tried to cancel my account
The first time I cancelled my account, I was hung up on
The second time they kept me on hold

Very unprofessional and they speak very fast so you cannot understand.

This is a scam and you can not cancel by email or live chat which is totally ridiculous. They make if difficult to cancel in hopes that you will forget to skip a month and they can charge your credit card. The quality of the items is poor so trust me you will want to skip every month. This is the second reply I received about being unable to cancel on line. Really? They don't have "access" to cancel by email?

"Thank you for contacting JustFab and for being a valued VIP Member.
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your membership. As much as we wanted to assist you on your request but in order to cancel, you will need to contact our Fashion consultants by phone as we do not have access in canceling your VIP membership via email. Contact us by phone at XXX-XXX-XXXX available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sincerely,

this review is somewhat more for Revdex.com to see than ShoeDazzle. It is incomprehensible how you can rate a business that has multiple complaints about the same issue, and you do not accredit - A+. If not accredited by Revdex.com, then there should be No Rating! With the multiple complaints re the same issue, even if accredited, SD does not deserve an A+ rating - even if the complaints are resolved, there is a pattern - how many people have had the same experience and just not made a formal complaint! SD seems to prefer walking the thin line of SCAM/FRAUD in favor of Profit over Customer Service. A reputable company should be able to balance the goal of Profit with outstanding customer service, which would mean you would not want to profit by default - taking money under the guise of "VIP" membership as a monthly fee unless the customer remembers to check in the website every month. Now to SD: avoid the complaints, change your policy so that customers can cancel online or stop auto withdrawals

I ordered a pair of shoes off JustFab after seeing their frequently advertised commercials. One month after my first purchase I noticed a sneaky $40.00 charge on my credit card from them. This aspect was extremely poorly advertised, essentially hidden. When I called customer service even they referred to it as a "fine print" item. I don't think a $40 membership is something that should only be found in the fine print of an agreement. A highly dishonest tactic on JustFabs part. They agreed to refund my $40 along with cancelling my membership, however a friend of mine had the exact same experience and said she never received her promised refund. So after the 7 business day wait for the refund when I still didn't have my money back, I called customer service again and they told me the refund was "pending" and I would actually see it in the next 24 hours. Another dishonest tactic as I'm sure I never would have received it if I hadn't called them back. Infuriating experience.

I read the fine print. VIP membership that I can cancel anytime!! Except that when I did decide to cancel, (the boots I bought are ok, but they are not very high quality and I will destroy them soon with my everyday activity level) I called the number provided and got a robot who would patch me through to someone with whom I could cancel. Except their phone lines were not active at that time.

I called back during their open hours, November 6 or 7th, knowing that the delay had made it so that I missed the cut off window for paying November's VIP membership. I figured that's what I get for being foolish enough to fall for a membership based online shopping experience. I did reach a real human who gave me some normal and expected run around and then told me that they would cancel my VIP membership.

Then, in December, I received an email stating that they were about to withdraw my VIP membership again. I did not have time to cal them and deal with the run around during "anytime" which happens to be east coast business hours only. So I opted to skip the month thinking that I would deal with it later.

nope. They charged my account anyway. And my email attempt at communication is being rejected.

I will have to cancel my credit card, at this point I consider the number stolen.

People are always quicker to complain than to give praise. Fabletics is a membership program, read the fine print people. That way you won't be so surprised that your being charged monthly. If something has a "deal" or in this case a discount on clothes, find out what the catch is. Be informed, more your responsibility than the sellers to constantly remind you what you bought into. Just a thought...

I have been a member of JustFab for far longer than I wanted. They have good products--but you can never GET them. I am feeling like the whole thing is just a scam after all this time of being a "VIP". every month I pay $39.95 to get products which are said to be MUCH higher in price than that monthly fee. The problem is that nothing is ever available. Every single month for over a year I have "skipped the month" and tried to use leftover credits I have from months I paid the membership but cannot ever spend the credits because almost ALL of the products are sold out--in every color and every size--never to be available again. The only way to cancel a membership is to call and they put you through a long rigorous call where they offer to give you a refund on one of your paid credits if you don't cancel (because they know that if you as a customer are not diligent and go through their horrible website to find the place to "skip the month" every month they get free money). I am tired of watching these credits sit there that I cannot use because everything on their site is forever sold out in every size and color with no available date given. I have waited for one bag (just to see how it would work out) for over a year. It never became available and I was never alerted to when it might be. I'm pretty sure the entire site is just a scam. They send you the first item when you sign up and you see the quality and you feel comfortable that this is a place you want to be a member. But I have never had a single decent transaction since then--only arguments with aggressive CS people who are clearly told NOT to let you cancel. I finally had to yell at the girl I spoke to today and say that I would not be conned into keeping the membership and that I would need to make an official claim if they wouldn't cancel my membership because I am tired of spending my time trying to cancel a membership they will not cancel for products I can NOT get. I understand the membership idea of a business, but this is a business that does not carry it out well and makes it impossible for a customer to cancel so they can continue to collect free money while providing NO service or product from their side.

Fabletics operate a VIP membership but this is not completely clear to customers. They take £44/ month.

I thought I had made a one off purchase and as such it took me several months to realise Fablectics were still taking money from my credit card.

When I realised I cancel my membership and ask for a full refund. The refund was refused.

The only way to use this credit to buy gym clothes, really there are only so many gym clothes a person can own.

If you opt to order clothes then your membership is reinitiated. I believe this company is a unethical and to phone them you must use a premium rate telephone number.

This company is a disgrace, I would strongly recommend that you don't use them!

I was not happy to learn that I was automatically signed up for a monthly recurring charge for "membership" and that I couldn't get a refund for those charges. I had to use the charged amount for products from Just Fab. Being that I had $39.95 that I had to use, I ordered items. When the items arrived, they were cheap and nothing like the item description. I decided to return them. I followed the JustFab return process which generates a return label from JustFab with their designated return agent.

The tracking number for this item shows that I dropped the package off at the [redacted] on November 1, 2016 at 1:13 pm. The tracking information shows that it was tendered to Newgistics on November 2, 2016 at 9:05 am. I spoke with an agent from the [redacted] and they clarified that when a package is tendered to another agent it is scanned and turned over in person.

[redacted] states they do not have the package. Just Fab continues to tell me the package is scheduled to arrive in their warehouse "tomorrow". When I ask for the Just Fab agent to send me a screen shot of the tracking information they are looking at, they claim they do not have the ability to send emails.

I have done my part in returning the items per their return process, but currently I am without items and without a refund. I asked if Just Fab had insurance on the package since I had to use their return label. They said that it is insured. I asked if they can file a claim against the insurance on the package and issue my refund. Their answer was for me to call [redacted] to follow up on the package. I have talked to [redacted] Just Fab, and the [redacted] until I am blue in the face. I just want my refund for the items I returned. Just Fab is horrible to work with and they have no system in place to help customers.

JustFab was for the most part a positive experience for me up until about 6-8 months ago. I ordered flat boots and the soles literally fell off after 3 weeks of wear. And not excessive use, just normal office wear.
I have not had a problem with quality until recently but now whoever they use to make their products is making everything very cheaply. I got pants that fell apart after one wash. After calling about both of these issues (plus on other), trying to get the items exchanged or a refund, I figured out that JustFab doesn't do refunds.
When I lost my job and called to cancel my VIP membership (which hadn't been used in 5 months anyway), I was told to skip months. I told them no, just cancel. They told me to set an alarm on my phone so I don't forget. No, just cancel. They offered free credits. No, just cancel. They have to ask a manager for approval. They tried telling me I can't cancel because I have credits to spend. I told them I would take the loss, JUST CANCEL. Again, on hold for an enormous amount of time. Finally they cancelled.
But guess what showed up on my credit card bill this month? I had to call my bank and block JustFab from charging me...surprise, surprise, the bank tells me this is a common issue with the company.

How did this business get re-accredited? I have more protection from SPAM, which costs me nothing, because there are laws that force email subscriptions to require an active action with full disclosure. After my wife got scammed by this, I went through the process myself. While it talks about the "VIP" service throughout the experience, it never mentioned that it was a paid subscription until the end of the shopping experience in which it automatically opts you in. It is also on the side of the order, making it seem like unrelated advertising as opposed to something you're agreeing to. The founders of this company, time and time again, perform shady practices in order to cheat people out of their money. Shame on the Revdex.com for endorsing these practices.

I have been a VIP member of Fabletics for about 8 months. I had always skipped a month successfully until August 2015. Their website was down and I was unable to skip. I was charged 49.95. The website wasn't down just temporarily. It was down for DAYS. Any normal business would have technology issues settled within hours, and it wouldn't recur. I called to complain I wasn't able to skip when the 49.95 appeared on my bank statement, and they graciously refunded the money. I tried to cancel membership, but the person on the phone asked me to continue membership. Almost as if the refund was contingent upon maintaining membership. So I didn't cancel. So, here it is September 2015. I checked yesterday, and website was down. The website is down again today 9/2/2015. Of course, their email system is working just fine. I get solicitous emails weekly. It is odd that the site is down during the time you should be skipping the month. I am going to call to skip and cancel membership today. I hope when California wakes up I don't have any problems with that! As far as their products go, I like their bottoms (Solar capris) but their tanks and sports bras are sub-par. I get better fit from Old Navy and WalMart athletic apparel.

JustFab took $39.95 for 5 months, it means justfab took $199.75 from me but will just refund $100.00. Because one of the call center employee LIED telling me the charge would never happen again when I called two months prior about the charges. After seeing so many negative reviews online I realized that's how they make money, ripping people off.
So if you don't shop they will charge $39.95 every month. The shoes are cheap made, so watch out for the quality, the boots I bought ripped with one month of use, that's why I didn't buy anything else but didn't know they would charge me for not using the account.
