Your driver clearly did not take $20 for a $23 fare...I am sending you a phone recording...I would like to meet with you tomorrow to get atleast a $10 refund in cash.If I do not I will take this recording to the news...I am not mad at you sir. I am mad at your cab driver taking advantage of my son. More so not telling him he could stop to get change and/or get change from me at home...Desired Settlement: Minimum $10 so that the driver can get a fair tipMaximum $40 because this has been a huge inconvienence on my part and my child was certainly taken advantage of
