BUYER BEWARE Anyone agreeing to a "free" trial of Juvalux Eye Serum, or Juvalux Skin Cream may be in for a big surpriseThe Juvalux system is actually set up to enroll you in a costly recurring monthly program which many buyers are not aware ofJuvalux has a somewhat hidden term on their online ordering system which many buyers do not catch prior to ordering from the companyThis is the only "warning" a buyer has prior to, or after ordering products from the company No paperwork is sent out with trial samples to confirm that the buyer has enrolled in this recurring programThe first time many are aware of this practice is when they see charges of approximately $per product on their credit card billIn my case, once I figured out I was "legally scammed" I called the company and cancelled my two productsThe following week, a new shipment arrived and my credit card was billedI contacted the company to obtain a return merchandise authorization so I could mail the products back and get credited, but was told once enrolled in the program, no refunds are given on shipped productsAlthough Juvalux may meet certain legal requirements to operate such a program, their integrity, in my opinion, is dirt lowThis is especially troubling since many enrollees of their "trial" products are senior citizens

I recently purchased a "trial offer" of productsI was not aware that they automatically enroll you in their membership programToday I was charged on my bank account for &and $for products I did not orderI called to cancel my membership and get a credit back to my bank but was told that they will only credit me percent of each charge for a total of $They get to keep over $ This is not only ridiculous but they get to keep your money for products you don't wantPeople please be warned....these products are not what they claim and they charge your card at their leisure This company should be out of businessShame on them

The online system to cancel a product will tell you that your trial period is still active even after it has past After speaking to representative I learned you can no longer return a product if you opt to cancel through the automated system The automated system does not disclose this disclaimer before cancellation The product did not work for me although other people seem to have liked it

Watch out for Juvalux Skincare company After seeing an ad for a "free trial" of this product, I sent for it, paying $for shipping and handlingThen I saw the charge on my credit card for $I called Customer Service, and was told that all this was mentioned in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the web pageIt was past the day period to cancel, so I am out the the initial $fee, but was able to cancel the enrollment membershipThe Terms and Conditions is a very lengthy document, that needs to be read carefully Section paragraph states that you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly program and charged $a monthNo mention of this on the body of the web site I repeat, watch out!

Watch out for Juvalux Skincare company.
After seeing an ad for a "free trial" of this product, I sent for it, paying $4.95 for shipping and handling. Then I saw the charge on my credit card for $89.90. I called Customer Service, and was told that all this was mentioned in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the web page. It was past the 10 day period to cancel, so I am out the the initial $89.90 fee, but was able to cancel the enrollment membership. The Terms and Conditions is a very lengthy document, that needs to be read carefully. Section 5 paragraph 3 states that you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly program and charged $89.90 a month. No mention of this on the body of the web site.
I repeat, watch out!
