The online system to cancel a product will tell you that your trial period is still active even after it has past. After speaking to representative I learned you can no longer return a product if you opt to cancel through the automated system. The automated system does not disclose this disclaimer before cancellation.

The product did not work for me although other people seem to have liked it.

I recently purchased a "trial offer" of 2 products. I was not aware that they automatically enroll you in their membership program. Today I was charged on my bank account for &89.95 and $85.95 for products I did not order. I called to cancel my membership and get a credit back to my bank but was told that they will only credit me 35 percent of each charge for a total of $61.36. They get to keep over $ 120.00. This is not only ridiculous but they get to keep your money for products you don't want. People please be warned....these products are not what they claim and they charge your card at their leisure This company should be out of business. Shame on them.

Anyone agreeing to a "free" trial of Juvalux Eye Serum, or Juvalux Skin Cream may be in for a big surprise. The Juvalux system is actually set up to enroll you in a costly recurring monthly program which many buyers are not aware of. Juvalux has a somewhat hidden term on their online ordering system which many buyers do not catch prior to ordering from the company. This is the only "warning" a buyer has prior to, or after ordering products from the company. No paperwork is sent out with trial samples to confirm that the buyer has enrolled in this recurring program. The first time many are aware of this practice is when they see charges of approximately $90 per product on their credit card bill. In my case, once I figured out I was "legally scammed" I called the company and cancelled my two products. The following week, a new shipment arrived and my credit card was billed. I contacted the company to obtain a return merchandise authorization so I could mail the products back and get credited, but was told once enrolled in the program, no refunds are given on shipped products. Although Juvalux may meet certain legal requirements to operate such a program, their integrity, in my opinion, is dirt low. This is especially troubling since many enrollees of their "trial" products are senior citizens.

We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer.  We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by providing a refund of $87.94 on 7/5/2016 and additional 87.96 on 7/19/2016.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to...

show from the refunded date.  Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription. Sincerely,

I, like many others on here, was legally scammed. Unfortunately I actually called minutes after I made my order for their "free trial." because I did accidently order an extra item. I told the customer service worker then that, not only did I not want the extra product, but that I also didn't want to continue after the trial. I received my email and money back from my extra product.

So, I got the product and it wasn't for me, made me break out... I didn't think much about it since I figured I already canceled it. I did not notice until after 4 debits of nearly $100 each that I was not cancelled like I thought.

So I call and got the whole script of them not taking back products or giving refunds and that I knew... When I explained I did cancel the subscription I was told I only cancelled the extra product and they can't help with the almost $400 they took.

I'm more frustrated that because I got a bonus at work, I didn't notice the first payment came out so I waited much longer to call and now how am I supposed to pay my other bills?

I want my money back! I work in behavioral health so I don't make much to just be taken out of my account.
