Review: I have received a phone call from this company claiming I have an outstanding payday loan. My employer was also contacted. I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. They threatened to prosecute me and take me to court over this delinquent payday loan. I was talked down to and belittled by the manager after the representative handed me off to her. After I told the manager that I thought this was fake she got mad, threatened me, and hung up the phone without letting me talk. I hope this "company" gets shut down.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome I would like to have is the company to never call me again. I have never had a payday loan and never will.

Review: This company called my family members claiming I owe them $600 and some dollars for an online payday loan I took out in 2011. I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN. The lady said that I did and named a company that I had not worked for since 2008 claiming that that was where I worked. She had the last 4 of my social and found my family members phone numbers. When I told her I did not take out a loan she interrupted telling me there are several was I can pay the balanced I told her no, I did not do this. She stated the loan traces back to my social. I told her I will not pay and need to speak to someone to prove I did not take out a loan. She said a manager would call me regarding this at a later date then hung up. This is a scam. This company thinks I'm an it. They also emailed me yesterday with the same crap that I owe them for a pay day loan. The email is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want this company to call my family members and apologize for inconveniencing them and to tell them that I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING. After this I want this company to lose all of my information. I WILL GET A LAWYER IF THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES

Review: I was contacted saying I owed $590.00 for a payday loan. I haven't applied or have not received $590.00. When I told them that and ask for more information they told me that they wouldn't give me any that I could get it in court. They said I would be served in 48 hours. I hung up and called back a few minutes later and was told something completely different. I think it's a shame that they do this and try to get money that you don't really owe.Desired Settlement: Show me proof on paper that I owe this money.

Review: I was call several times in the last three days and when I finally talked to them I was informed that I had taken out a payday loan on line in 2011 and did not re pay it and was going to be prosecuted. These companies should not be allowed to do this to people ,I told him I would not make arrangements because I didn't do this he said well you better get a lawyer,and then he hung up on meDesired Settlement: this company should definitely be shut down and or stop!!!

Review: I keep receiving phone calls from ###-###-#### and it is a woman stating that her name is Mackenzie. She has informed me that I will be taken to court on charges of "theft by deception" for a payday loan that I supposedly took out. I did my research on this nonsense. First of all, I have never had a payday loan, as it is illegal in my state. Secondly, the address where she claims that I was living was not my address, not even in my state. She claims that "my loan" was sent to collections in April of 2013. She basically threatened me and spit out all kinds of personal information of mine, even down to the last 4 of my bank account. However, that bank account did not even exist in 2013 at all. I opened that bank account in February of 2014, in a completely different state. So tell me how they deposited money into an account that didn't exist? I couldn't get any real info out of her except that someone from my county clerk's office would soon serve with me papers. I already pulled my old bank statements and spoke with Customer Service from my bank. As I said, the bank account didn't exist in 2013, so obviously there are no deposits.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from this call list. These scammers need to be prosecuted. I do not want this nonsense on my credit report. I also think they need their kneecaps broken.

Review: This company is claiming that I took out a loan in 2013. I never recived any funds from them and the bank they were staying I got the money in, has been closed for a few years. This is a scam and they have a third party company working for them as wellDesired Settlement: They need to explain where and how I owe any money and that's I even do and how can I get this cleared up if this is true

Review: I have been receiving numerous calls throughout the last two days stating JVC Processing is going to be serving me and taking me to court regarding a Payday Loan I had. I never had a loan and when I looked up the telephone number other people stated this was a scam. I tried contacting JVC by mail because I don't have a phone number and never received a call or letter back. Either this is a fraudulent company or someone is fraudulently representing themselves as from this company. Either way I am tired of being harrassed myself and my family members getting harrassing phone calls on my behalf.Desired Settlement: I want someone from JVC to call me and either confirm/deny that there is an active case against me.

Since I can see the complaints from 2013 were never resolved I don't have much hope but it was worth a try.

I do not have a current address or phone number for the company. The phone numbers I called are ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and anyone who answers will not give me additional information except to say I owe them for a Payday Loan from JVC Processing. I searched the internet and couldn't find anything current for this company either.

Review: We have received several calls saying that a payday loan and direct loan was taken out in our name. They had our email, all bank info except for account number. They claim they sent a certified letter, even tho they can't send to a PO Box. Claimed they were going to file a formal complaint, turn this into collections and prosecute. When I contacted my bank, the three deposits on three separate occasions in three separate years were never made.Desired Settlement: We just want these calls to stop and for them to quit harassing us. We filed a complaint with our local police office also.

Review: Claims I owe over 2650.00 from 2 years ago on a Payday loan and if I pay them 650.00 today they will consider it closed. Won't tell me who the PayDay loan company was but they had my SS# and threatened me with being sued by their attorney and Good Luck to me. Would not offer any information on the claim.Desired Settlement: Please put them out of business. They are trying to scam people into paying them for something not owed and threatened to sue but won't give any other information. Have not received any documentation that I owe anyone.

Please shut them down.

Review: This company contacted me and stated that I owe them $400 from 2011. I have not received any communication from them in the past four years stating that I owe them anything. Now all of a sudden they are threatening me with lawyers and court costs to settle the matter. When I asked for more information they asked me to hold the line and then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by this company and have them give me written proof that I owe them money. I would also like for this company to be put out of business they seem to be scamming hard working people trying to get by.
