I have used Integrity for several years for annual maintenance [redacted] was the maintenance technician who came out for the spring check - AC at my home He was a very nice friendly man, very proficient in informing me about this check up for my unit He also offered several suggestions which were helpful What I really liked is that he was right on time.....no guessing from a time frame! Yesterday I had a representative from Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning visit my home for the semi-annual cheon my unitsA young man named [redacted] not only did the work with competence and thoroughness, he was willing to explain to me the results of his inspection, taking all the time necessary for me to understandI am elderly and he never made me feel as if I were a burden or nuisance to himHe was courteous and respectful in every way I felt very confident that my heating units were "ready for the winter" and in top notch conditionIntegrity is fortunate to have such qualified employeesThis is the face of the company that the public identifies with, and he made an excellent representative of the company [redacted]

We have used this company for years They have always done excellent work and been courteous and prompt I would recommend them to anyone

I requested a quote and agreed to have this company install complete HVAC What I got was a sloppy install They left it where you had to remove a pvc pipe to get to the filter The worst part was the sales replied about servicing the unit following the install We agreed that they would service it that winter and spring at no charge When I talked to the manager, he said that they would not do that Other examples of their professionalism include that one of their service people started screaming while in the attic I went up there to see what the problem was and a geico had crawled up the drain pipe and died She thought it was a snake and wouldn't get near it Bottom line: don't trust them

I believe I have worked with every representative from Integrity and they are what their name implies! ***, the owner, went above and beyond on a project we had to install a mini-split system and overcame every obstacle we were challenged with.
