[redacted], the owner, went above and beyond on a project we had to install a mini-split system and overcame every obstacle we were challenged with. Ian is a wealth of knowledge and gives great customer service. From scheduling to working to craftsmanship….we've been satisfied and pleased with Integrity! Thank you for all of your help!

[redacted] came to service our air conditioning unit today. He was on time and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable of the problem and offered his expertise to resolve it. The level of customer service provided was extraordinary! If he provided this level of customer service to all integrity customers, he is a true asset to the company. [redacted] also took the time to ensure that everything that he brought in was also taken out. He left everything very neat and orderly. He provided detailed exclamation to all the questions that we had for him. He stayed here until the unit was completely functional and up to all our expectations. I would strongly recommend integrity heating and cooling to anyone that I know in meeting for service. Thank you for sending such a wonderful service man. His level of service was truly appreciate it.

Yesterday I had a representative from Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning visit my home for the semi-annual check-up on my units. A young man named [redacted] not only did the work with competence and thoroughness, he was willing to explain to me the results of his inspection, taking all the time necessary for me to understand. I am elderly and he never made me feel as if I were a burden or nuisance to him. He was courteous and respectful in every way. I felt very confident that my heating units were "ready for the winter" and in top notch condition. Integrity is fortunate to have such qualified employees. This is the face of the company that the public identifies with, and he made an excellent representative of the company.

Once again we had an opportunity to call on Integrity to help us with a HVAC problem. Because of our previous experience with Integrity we didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere.
[redacted] began the process by asking questions to evaluate our needs, and with that information gathered, he began a physical evaluation of the equipment and surveyed our home so that he could run a load calculation and confirmed our needs.
The installation crew arrived on time and began by protecting our home with drop cloths. [redacted] & [redacted] went right to work removing the old equipment and replacing it with the new Trane equipment. Both men handled themselves very professionally. When they finished the job, the cleaned up and actually vacuumed the carpet.
[redacted] explained the operation of the thermostat, explained the warranties, reviewed the invoice with us, and thanked us for our business.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ian was very professional, and made a very positive impression, both technically and personally. Send him anytime!

Integrity Heating & Cooling has been a fantastic company to work with. They are always responsive and on time, explain things so you can understand easily. They've always had our best interest in mind and I never feel like they are "selling" us.

[redacted] came out today to perform our scheduled AC maintenance. He did his usual fine job. Integrity Heating and Air has been our preferred company for many years now and we hope to continue our relationship for years to come. We have no complaints what so ever. Keep up the good work.

I requested a quote and agreed to have this company install complete HVAC. What I got was a sloppy install. They left it where you had to remove a pvc pipe to get to the filter. The worst part was the sales rep. lied about servicing the unit following the install. We agreed that they would service it that winter and spring at no charge.
When I talked to the manager, he said that they would not do that.

Other examples of their professionalism include that one of their service people started screaming while in the attic. I went up there to see what the problem was and a geico had crawled up the drain pipe and died. She thought it was a snake and wouldn't get near it.

Bottom line: don't trust them.

They were great to work with and very understanding of my time. They worked around my schedule to get the job done.

When there was an issue, they were back the very next day to fix it.

I was very happy to see [redacted] today when Integrity sent him out for my annual evaluation. He had serviced my two air conditioner units last Spring and I was very impressed with his knowledge, his courteous manner and his expertise in dealing with problems. This business is most fortunate to have a person of his quality in their company. He was direct, helpful and business-like in his dealings with this Senior citizen. His patience in explaining the procedures to me was beyond what I would expect from a technician. I hope I will always have such an enjoyable experience with future workmen.

We had Integrity come out in August to replace our A/C unit and today (February) come out to replace our furnace. Both times the technicians who came out were very polite and very professional. They answered every question we had and explained everything to us with the new equipment. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again.

As always, once again a great job was completed by Tim, representing Intergrity heating and cooling servicing our equipment. Friendly, professional, on time and complete job clean-up.

They worked great. They stayed until the job was done.

I have used Integrity for several years for annual maintenance. [redacted] was the maintenance technician who came out for the spring check - AC at my home. He was a very nice friendly man, very proficient in informing me about this check up for my unit. He also offered several suggestions which were helpful. What I really liked is that he was right on time.....no guessing from a time frame! Would recommend these folks!

Integrity Heating and cooling is a wonderful company. The service individuals that have visited us are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I trust their service completely!

Great service, showed up on time and explained everything

A note of appreciation to Integrity Hearing & Cooling for the fast service we received today (one of the hottest days of the year) to service our air conditioner that was completely out of order. The office staff were very professional and caring and attended to our needs pronto. Within two hours the service technician was here and had the problem corrected. Can't say enough for the service they extend to their clients. Kudos to Justin also for a job well done.

Review: Selectively booted cars did not take the time to communicate, rude was approached in a threatening manner. After removing the boot (had to pay the cash $65) which he chose to let others go after booting their car and not charging them. I was also a patron in the store where parking is allowed, he did not want to see the receipt. He informed me that he chose not to be courteous and remove the boot as he did for the other gentlemen - that person was as he told me and I quote "given the courtesy because he felt like it - and he not not feel like giving me the courtesy" those are exact words.Desired Settlement: Return the money I had to pay in cash $65
