KAC responded to our phone call immediately and were able to get to our house after finishing another job even though it was a Sunday! With another storm coming we needed someone ASAP. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and their professionalism. During a busy winter season, KAC was able to remove all the snow from our roof, not make a mess and give us information on how to prevent the issue in the future. We will be using their services in the future.

KAC did another outstanding job. A complete strip of 2 layers and new arch shingles.

This time it was on my personal home. Two previous were for commercial grade residential properties.

Attention to detail in every facet of the job. Said one to two days max and actually got it done in one 12 hour day....including a good cleanup.

[redacted] and his crew have been doing roof work for us for the past five years. Every time we've interacted with him he's been professional, he has showed up on time, and his guys have done more than satisfactory work. When he first moved into our house his crew replaced a gravel and tar flat roof with a rubber membrane roof, and when that roof was chewed on by squirrels he came back and fixed free of charge.
Just last night [redacted] and his employee [redacted] came to our house to inspect the roof leak and stayed for nearly 3 hours clearing ice and snow off the roof, melting the ice with salt and stopping the water from entering our house. He outlined for me the steps we would need to take to stop the ice damming in the short run and the fixes we would need to make to the roof and the warmer weather. It's clear that [redacted] knows his business very very well and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

I called KAC in the morning before a snowstorm to remove ice buildup on my roof. [redacted] arrived later afternoon and removed all the accumulated snow and ice quickly and efficiently. He also gave me tips and advice how to avoid buildups in the future. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs to have snow/ice removed from the roof.

This company came hiighly recommended to me. From my initial phone call to them, through the last shingle on the roof, they were superb. They gave me a timely and reasonable quote for the work. They kept exactly to their schedule. They completed the work quickly and took care of whatever presented itself along the way, ie gutter attachments, flashing issues. The owner was well informed and careful to explain the process. The crew cleaned up the area immediately and thoroughly. I count myself fortunate to have found them and wish more companies were as professional and reliable as they are.
