I have had some fairly traumatic things happen to me in the last several years (gave birth to a micro preemie with a congenital heart defect, spent every day in the NICU until her open-heart surgery, she had ten strokes during her surgery, etcetcetc.) and as a result, I have had cars repossessed as I try to rebuild my life, take care of my children and do damage control to my credit report! KJordan was the only place that would give me credit with my credit score As a result, I have been able to rebuild my wardrobe for my upcoming graduation from a Master’s program and will ready to go for interviews and subsequent jobs in my field (which requires more upscale dressing than the business casual clothing I had) And it may very well be that KJordan targets people in my credit range for whatever reason For the last year, I have bought something at least once a month (several somethings if I were being completely honest) Some items have been well worth the money spent There were several formal dresses I bought for a cruise that I paid less than $for and they were amazing! Some items have been so overpriced that I had no choice but to return them For instance, their tee shirts are completely sub-par quality Worse than Hanes from Walmart! Like anything you buy online, until you get your hands on the item, you cannot be sure it is up to your particular standards (whatever those standards may be) Sizes seem to be hit or miss but I have my own unique shape (I joke that shape is round - ha!) I have a very large chest and so it's hard for me to find things to fit when I have the luxury of trying them on And as most of us will admit, we have some days where nothing looks good and we should just shop for shoes and jewelry! The shipping fees are excessive They do tend to overcharge for shipping But I see it as, they gave me credit when no one else would, so it all comes out in the wash I have only been late on one payment I will tell you that whoever it was that called me to gently remind me about the payment (which I had honestly completely forgotten about and actually had the money to pay it at the time) was horrible This woman was completely snarky At that moment, I understood the bad reviews However, I refused to pay the amount, hung up, called back and explained what had just happened I was so nicely transferred to a supervisor (with whom I happily made my payment that was a week late) and she bent over backwards apologizing for how that representative treated me She seemed genuinely upset that someone working for the company treated a customer that way I have also had to return several items for different reasons (size, didn't look good on my figure, wasn't happy with the product, and so on) and you do get charged for return shipping if you use their label A LOT of companies do this Some don't But it is up to the company If you are able to get your item(s) returned for less than the $shipping charge, I encourage you to do so and not use their return shipping label I love KJordan I appreciate that there is a buy now and pay later program I love that because I have made timely payments, they are increasing my credit line I love the clothes Just purchased my first pair of shoes and have not received them yet, so I am unsure as to the quality of the shoes Not loving the shipping fees! If they are able to charge only $to ship the clothing back, they should only be charging a flat rate to ship clothing to you If they did that, KJordan would be practically perfect for me For those of you who have had bad experiences, I am so sincerely sorry Been there and done that at other places and it is the worst feeling ever I hope whatever issues you had have been or were resolved

I ordered one item from this company and returned it..Spoke with person in the Credit department, explained that I had never signed up for an account and returned the top I had ordered. I paid the balance I owed for postage, etc. Told the credit dept. to take my name off there mailing list, etc. I am still receiving a monthly statement adding a finance charge. This is terrible for me. if I had only known that they used the face that I ordered an item and paid for it originally, returned the merchandise, but they are holding unto me as a charge customer with an account number. How all this happened I don't .Filing a complaint against them with the RevDex.com and a consumer complaint against this company tom, Monday..I feel what they are doing is deceitful and illegal...

I placed an order with them a week ago (and applied for credit at the same time) and got an email that I was approved. The status of my order on the site still says "credit pending". The day after I ordered, I saw all the bad reviews and requested that they cancel my order and request for credit. They said since it was processing they couldn't do that (but it's not marked processing, it's marked credit pending), but that they'd try and that I needed to keep checking back to see if it cancels. I've checked back every day and it still says "pending". Since the order hasn't been processed or shipped, there is no reason they can't cancel my order. I emailed them today and I got the same automated response. Customer service is terrible! Beware, this seems like a scam to me. I took an inquiry hit on my credit report for nothing!

K Jordon is a fraud and identity theft company. I received a email stating I had packages from kjordon coming to me.. Mind you I Never order from them. I just receive their catologs in the mail. I called them and returned the items that I never ordered and they still charged me for them?! How scammy is that! Do not order their catalogs or Anything from.them.. They are liars and thieves. They are not to be trusted.

The large sum of the check does require our company to run the check thru Certegy before shipping to make sure there are funds to cover the checkUnfortunately that information isn’t printed in the catalog

Ordered two items from KJordan and returned them immediately after learning that the quality of the clothing looks nothing like what is advertisedI received a bill for $after returning both items and when I called to inquire about the charge was told by Lee, a supervisor, that the $charge was for shipping and handlingAfter speaking with Lee requesting that the $charge be removed they refused to make any adjustment(s)My initial call complaining about the $charge to KJordan was placed to them in November shortly after receiving the $shipping charge I mentioned during my telephone call with Customer Service that I would be forwarding a letter to KJordan to dispute the $charge and asked if they could note the account It is now December and after making several telephone calls to them, waiting on hold for minutes or more I have not yet been successful at speaking with a live person to resolve this issue However, KJordan continues to bill me monthly and my bill has now gone up to $ I am still holding as we speak and currently trying to get a live person in customer service to discuss the additional charges and my letter that I forwarded to themHave no intention of ever doing business with this company again However, I will continue to do whatever I can to reach someone until the shipping charges issue is resolved
