Fast, clean and looks great. We needed the trim painted around our house and some of it was very hard to get to but they persevered and made it look new again. Highly recommend them. Very good price as well. After all the work they put in I was happy I did not try and tackle this job myself. I will be looking for other jobs for them to do around the house now.

I used K and K Design to do interior finishing work on two sliding glass doors, install a new kitchen faucet, and install 5 pairs of new window blinds. Both doors came out picture perfect. They ended up building two door frames which (as a homeowner) I couldn't be happier with. The best review is to hire them again, and I already am making a new "honey do" list for this company. I can't say enough...give this company a chance. They were neat, professional, clean, and polite. All of this work for a Super price.

I needed a tile backsplash done in a hurry. So K and K sent their people out on a Sunday to get it done. The price was reasonable and they were on time, quick, and professional. My backsplash looks amazing and as an added bonus the owner came out when it was done to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. I will definitely call this company again for future home repair needs.

I can't say enough good things about K and K Design. Their main technician was incredibly helpful from start to finish helping me remodel a house. Communication was great, on time, on budget, totally trustworthy, calmly talked me through every detail, great design suggestions, took care of many things I didn't even ask for, genuinely concerned about the project and me, and takes great pride in his work. He made the entire process extremely easy. All his guys are terrific.

No one can beat the quality or service that K and K offer. Their technician is so friendly and has so much patience to work with you on the design. He makes a trip to make sure you have everything covered. There is no other better place than K and K.

My husband and I have hired K and K design for many jobs around the house. We have always been satisfied with their work and their reasonable prices. The most recent job was redoing the flooring in our master bathroom. Not only was the work completed in 1 day, but we are extremely happy with the quality! We will continue to use them for future work on our house.

I hired K and K to do the work in my house, thanks to my friend who highly recommended them. I did my research and had several estimates, they weren't too high and not too low, they are very reasonable in prices. I've hired contractors before and ended up being very disappointed. They were very professional, great customer service, polite and they kept their word on everything. They went above and beyond for me and threw in small areas to fix and I got a free sink! I would highly recommend them!! I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

K & K Design did a small garage remodeling work for us and they were great! Though this was a small project for them, they made sure they gave equal importance and planned everything very well. They sent everyday photos of progress work, they have a prime point of contact for your project and he is very easy to reach. My project manager is amazing and a very dedicated person. I was very comfortable working with them. I will definitely be reaching out to them when I plan to do bigger projects and would recommend them to others too!

I would give K and K Design and Construction zero stars if I could. First off, they are working under a General Contractor, *** (CGCXX), who we never met or were allowed to speak to. We never had a contact number for him. Secondly, once hired, *** NEVER returns phone calls and her voicemails are always full so you can't leave a message. The only way I got her to call me (once in three months!) is to send her a message that I felt like I needed to call the police. They began work without permits and when they applied for permits four months after starting the demo they were rejected by the City of Coral Springs. The plans designed by their architect were not sufficient and the electrician and plumbing permits were not done correctly as well. In addition, we needed a new water heater as per our insurance company. K and K's plumber took five weeks to submit an application and it was rejected. I found my own plumber and he was able to obtain a permit from the City within 24 hours and water heater was installed. We have hired an attorney. I DO NOT recommend hiring them. I also feel that most of their reviews are fake.

We just finished remodeling our bathroom! I enjoyed working with K & K design and construction LLC as they were very responsive and helpful. Bathroom turned out great with a few stressful moments along the way. I appreciate how the rep was responsive and kept me calm during the process. He came out and made sure quality was up to par. He made sure all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Great customer service! What a great team.

He was very responsive, and made everything easier for the customer. The crew was professional, always arrived on time, and cleaned up the job site after each work day. We'd highly recommend them.

K & K is the best home remodeling company. The owner is very professional, and you can tell she knows what she is doing! We wanted to take down a wall in our house, which was once an exterior wall. It was a big project that their team was not scared to take on. In one day the team very neatly took down the wall and added the needed support beams. I could not be happier with the service I received from K & K and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

K & K design and construction came out after my home inspection. They came on time and did a detailed walk around and listened when I asked that they take care of my home as if it were their own. They provided me with an estimate that evening. Their manager sent an outstanding member of his crew to do the work who was very detailed, thorough, and thoughtful about how he did the repairs. He provided me with explanations of the repairs as well as tips for how to maintain and troubleshoot. What a great peace of mind to know that the repairs were done correctly. I will definitely work with this company again. They have my highest recommendations.

My experience with K & K Design and Construction LLC was excellent: we received our quote right away and the price was better than we expected; the crew was consistently polite and punctual over the five day job; and the quality of the work was spotless. I had them repaint my entire condo and does some light-duty repair work like patching holes and fixing trim. I can honestly say that my place looks like new. I highly recommend K & K Design and Construction LLC and will use them again myself.

I had a couple of small projects, the sort that it is often hard to get anyone to bother with really, but they came right over and gave me an estimate and took on the projects immediately. Their crew did a good job, despite some weather related delays, and I felt very comfortable having them in my house and around my dogs while I was at work. They maintain good contact throughout the job and always either answered the phone or returned calls promptly (a rare trait in contractors).
