Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintOur firm had an agreement with the previous company owners for us to service their warranty workAny problems that would have fallen within the warranty period would have been inspected and repairs made as needed to conform to the warrantyMr [redacted] is reporting a problem well past his warranty period.Mr [redacted] has incorrectly stated he purchased this new roof on 10/10/We have enclosed a copy of his contract dated 2/1/He further gives the date of 8/15/as the date his problem occurredWe have no record of any contact from Mr [redacted] about the alleged 8/15/problem prior to his phone call on 2/24/It seems rather odd to wait over months to report a roof leak and a falling ceiling.Mr [redacted] also states the purchase price as $ 13,The records we have been given show Mr [redacted] actually paid just $ 9233.62.Mr [redacted] called our office Feburary 24, inquiring about his warranty and reporting that he had drywall falling downAfter reviewing a copy of the contract he signed, we noted he had the standard year workmanship warranty [redacted] called him back to relay that information to him His response was to become belligerent and abusive to the point [redacted] had to warn him to become civil or she would terminate the call.This roof installation is out of the warranty period and not subject to a warranty serviceIn summary, this seems to be out of the purview of the Revdex.com and it should not be reported as a complaint.Respectfully, [redacted] ***

Look no further, this is it Needed a COMPLETE new roof on my home , and after researching many, this one stood out This company did such an outstanding job, I had neighbor's that I did not know stopping by asking which company did this roof because "it is the most beautiful roof they have seen." *The roofing crew extremely professional and they cleaned up the yard and left no trace that a job was even done - EACH DAY! (and they were there for a week) *The crew was prompt EVERYDAY, and worked effectively and efficiently providing a roof with such precision - I wish I could attach a photo Alan Peterson - many thanks to you - I believe he was the foreman - and he was often there checking out each stage of the roof Outstanding company, I am extremely happy that I found this company Thank you!!!

Glendale Roofing made the whole process super easyThey also had the best price out of quotes I receivedIt was done fast and cleanI was surprised how well they cleaned after the removalOne of the ladies on the crew was nice enough to knock on the door to let me know they were done going in and out of the gate, so I could let my dogs outThey other reason I chose Glendale Roofing after a customer referred me, is because they have been in business, in the valley for a long timeNot some fly by night hail storm chasers that wont be around to warrant their workI highly recommend them!
Not only good, but the BEST roofing contractor I know ofThey installed new roof in three days, exactly as quotedFollowed by inspection, for accuracy of installation, and making sure no old nails or staples left behind
I first used Glendale roofing years ago when they repaired my roof after other companies tried and failed to do so Then when the high winds of the storm seasons ago damaged my roof I called Glendale Roofing immediately They worked with my insurance company and repaired the roof to complete satisfaction A few months ago a saguaro cactus fell on my porch and destroyed that roof Glendale Roofing again worked with my insurance company repairing my roof and improving on the original design I find Doug and the company to be honest, trustworthy and the work is done to last The customer service of Doug, his teams and the office staff I worked with proved I made the right choice and have no doubt the work done with last for many years to comeI have recommended Glendale Roofing to others and will continue to do so
Joe, the first person we met from Glendale roofing took his time in examining our problem roof and explained in detail what was needed A formal bid describing the work and possible additions was provided We accepted their bid and work was scheduled to match our schedule The old roof removal team arrived on time and were very neat in leaving our yard and driveway clear of debris The roofing crew arrived and was there to get materials properly placed on the roof They replaced some wood that had been damaged by water and proceeded to install the new roofing materials Allen, the supervisor was there every day and sometimes more often He explained every thing in detail as the job progressed The worksite was left clean and all debris was removed Glendale roofing is a great company

the statements and are somewhat surprised that this homeowner felt the need to file this complaint While the homeowner was told, incorrectly, about the responsibility of Glendale Roofing & Construction LLC (Company), the homeowner also received a return call later that same day correcting that error and stating to them that the owner of the Company would contact them the following day via e-mailThat fact seems to be missing from the complaintWhile we are not the same company that installed this roof, we were required to assume the year workmanship liability of Glendale Roofing Company Inc As the Arizona Registrar of Contractors has correctly pointed out, we have done so and have made repairs under those year warranties at no cost to the homeowners who had reported them to us
This homeowner was advised of the fact that they had a year warranty and it expired in June of The homeowner states that this appears to be an ongoing problem from the original installWe have searched our records and cannot find any previous complaints regarding any reported on-going leaking
Although we have no further responsibility to make any repairs to this roof, we had already decided to make this repair at no cost given that the owner does not reside there and, therefore, was apparently not knowledgeable of a roof leak until now We have performed any and all repairs needed under the warranties of the previous company without failWe have had a flawless record of service to hundreds of customers and take our responsibility to our customers and to those of the previous company very seriously
The homeowner will need to contact us to set up a time for this service call
