I SPOKE TO ABY AND DUPAGE DODGE WILL REFUND THE MONEY REQUESTED THE $WAS THE DEFERRED PRICE ON THE CONTRACT INCLUDING THE $10,DOWN PAYMENT. A CHECK WILL BE MADE TO THE BANK AS THERE IS A LIEN ON THE VEHICLEABY HAS MY CELL NUMBER IF THERE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS OR
CONCERNS

We have attempted to help Fatima with her concerns along with providing a vehicle to use while her vehicle is being serviced. When she came in to our service department, she used vulgar language and would not listen to our service advisor. We would prefer she didn't bring her car to
DuPage as everything we have to tried to do is not good enough for her

Steffan has been in contact with Dan *** our Customer Experience DirectorWe are working with Steffan to install the correct remote start

Mr*** came to our dealership to have the water leak issue repairedWe provided Mr*** with a vehicle while we worked on his car. We took both A pillar covers off in order to inspect for any leaks. We also took the foot well covers and removed the carpet to check for
leaks. We then water tested the vehicle for an hour and no leaks were foundWe let the vehicle run with the A/C and found the drain was not hooked up correctly from the factory. We reconnected and retested for leaks and none were found. As far as the radio concern, we test drove the vehicle to try to duplicate the problem and was unable to duplicate it. No updates are available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience

DuPage Chrysler sent a bill of sale to Mr ***s credit union. The bill of sale clearly states the price of the car, doc fee, electronic registration fee and the service contract for a total of $17197.15. The credit union sent us a check for $16,and Mr *** put $
on his credit card. If Mr *** would like to cancel the service contract we can send him a cancellation form by email or mail. Washington is exempt from Illinois collecting sales tax

We have been in contact with Chris *** and sent a check to him for $He is now satisfiedThis should close this complaint

After reviewing this complaint, as a good will gesture we are willing to give the $back as requestedSince there is a lien on the vehicle we will send the $to *** Credit Union

We called the customer and had the vehicle repaired in our service departmentWe drove the car miles and there wasn’t an issue It’s unfortunate that this happened however we believe the repair has solved the problem

I *** *** General Sales Manager of DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram apologize for any misunderstandings on the value of *** *** trade-in. Unfortunately KBB and Edmonds are a guide in vehicle values. When we appraise a vehicle we obviously drive the vehicle and inspect the
vehicles paint, tires, brakes etc. Of course we would have to deduct any issues we find. I would be happy to have *** call me personally and I will reappraise his vehicle and go over the appraisal process with him

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: they have lied to me using fake names and doing a run aroundThey did not order my recall part several times and they wouldn't even look at my car the first two times I brought it inThey have told me my car is fine and when I drive out of the lot it still has the same issueThe managers have lied to meThey told me to go to a different dealership before they even ordered my recall partWhen asked when they ordered my recall part they told me I needed to approve itBut I had a paper saying I came in for that two months beforeI contacted the owner seceral times and try to explain to him what was going on and they never got back to meThey never seem to have any rents cars for me when I get there even with a appointmentI came in there calm and respectful trusting them and after the second time coming for the same issue and they didn't want to fix it and lied about everything I got aggravated and blew upI feel that this dealership is shady and they told me if I'm having problems with my car why don't I just buy a better car then mine from their show room now, they will sell it to meThey never once took their time to help me untill I blew up and found a service person to take their time and help from their dealership and he told me that my car should not be doing this or making the noise and he doesn't know why they wouldn't look at it and that it should of been fixed earlier& he also told me not to talk to anyone else their Other then Robert * & him the service techI am not happy with this respond that they have given me on multiple occasions so that is why I contacted Revdex.com.

I still feel strongly about having Fatima bringing her vehicle to another dealership as it's difficult trying to help out someone who comes in screaming and uses vulgar language when speaking to our employees. The vehicle is under basic factory warranty until November 28 or 36,The powertrain warranty is in effect until November 28th or 100,miles. There are no open recalls at this time

Dear Revdex.com, First I want to thank you for taking on our complaint and sending an email out to DuPage Jeep. We received a call the following day after you had contacted them. *** ***, the general sales manager heard the complaint and honored the sales price. He asked ***,
his sales person to call us and say that DuPage Jeep would honor the advertised sales price. We were able to come in a couple of days later(today) and complete the sale for what we originally thought the Jeep was advertised for I appreciate *** and DuPage Jeep's fairness and understanding in the matter and we are happy with the resolution

I am rejecting this response because: This mistake was made on the dealerships end regardless of how we paidYou were notified that we were not financing before we walked into the office to make a final payment thus giving you ample time to check and correct the paperworkInstead it took almost weeks to notice the mistake and call to demand more moneyWe asked during the first call to mail a bill to our house and were told to look at our paperwork, which we did and do see where the mistake was made. However that is not a bill showing $1,due At this time we are requesting again that a bill for $1,500.00 be mailed to our house (address below) so that we can make a final payment and keep the bill for our records*** *** *** *** ***, IL
