Kaiser is the best no problem installing new garage openers and plan to use them in replacing the doors

KGDG maintains & repairs our community gates so called them about my garage door opener Had a hiccup with the scheduling, but was remedied by their top technician (in my opinion) Had to replace the opener and wish I would have done it a few years ago What a difference the new opener is I'm very pleased with their work and highly recommend them Thank you KGDG

I had Kaiser come out to my home in Boulder city; my 14' rodoor looked like a old Penn fishing reel that back spun I thought the builder had told me they were who installed the doors originally but come to find out they were not They cam with the right tools for the job and didn't wast any time doing the repairs
They also pointed out some things that cold have been done during the installation that may have prevented the issue from happening While they were there they did on the other door as well and found the same issue

Garage door opener installation issue
I had kaiser garage doors & gates family own company to install a liftmaster garage door opener in my brand new home on Feb 5th, Just few days after, there are loud clicking sounds occur when I open and close the garage door It just doesn't sounds right to me, so I gave them a call on March 4th and they told me will call me on following Tuesday to schedule someone come over on WednesdayDays passed by, no phone calls what so ever I called again on March 11th and John told me exactly what he told me the last timeI wasn't so sure he will call but he sounds promiseWell, I waited for few days to see if they will callOnce again, no phone callsAt this point, I really stressed out because the loud clicking sounds from garage door are getting worseI called again on March 21st, John promised someone for sure will come right next day to fix the problemNow, end of day...another lies again

I have to say these guys are awesomeShowed up on time when they said they would, Danny was the installer and a super nice guy and drove all the way from AZ to do a Las Vegas install, Who does that?? Kaiser garage doors and gates didThese guys where a more then everyone else but I was happy to pay it cause I got triple the product and the service was hands down the best it could getLet these guys do your install and you wont be disappointed

Kaiser Garage Door and Gates repaired a broken garage door and installed a new garage door opener. The installer called prior to arriving to confirm appointment time and directions. He arrived in the clearly marked company vehicle and was dressed in appearance of a professional manner. After the broken garage door was repaired, the garage door opener installed, I couldn't be happier with this company.

Most of the repair business I called wanted a service call fee up front. Found Kaiser, called. No up front call fee. Talked to Dustin from sales. Described to Dustin what had happened. He suggested that I text pictures to him. He called me back suggesting damage was not bad. I asked him for a high-low price and I would not hold him to it. He emailed it to me and we arranged for a service call the next day between 8-12. At 9:30 Dan rings the door bell. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and after looking over the damage, explained what and why he was going to do, not trying to up sell me anything. Was fixed and gone in a hour or so. I would use or refer Kaiser, Dustin and Dan for anything related to garage or entrance way doors.

Bought an extra garage door opener for my 3rd car garage from Kaiser and they came out and installed it with no issues. Corey (the installer) showed up within the proposed window (between 1pm-3pm) and completed the job within an hour! He was very nice and worked extremely hard! Will definitely recommend using Kaiser to my family and friends!

Great customer service didn't get it right the first time but continued to build my gate to expectations and didn't disappoint. Eric was determined to get it right. Logan was great to work with to straighten out any problem. Great looks fantastic.
