Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates Tempe AZ Saved my day. I had an emergency situation with my garage door. They sent Ramon with in 1 hour. Ramon was great! Fast and proficient, my door was fixed 30 minutes. Hooray! thank you Ramon.

I called Kaiser when my garage door broke. They were able to come out the same day and arrived on time. Corey replaced the spring and made some adjustments . He was prifessional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

We had a new Lift Master opener installed in our garage. Danny did a great job and not only checked to be sure the door was working perfectly when he left, but he also checked and tuned-up the other garage door. This excellent service is especially impressive on late Friday afternoon.

We just purchased our new home and had Kaiser come in and install the additional garage lift for our second garage door. Ramon – the installer arrived on time and installed the garage door successfully. He also had the necessary parts for the options we thought of at the very last moment.

Beside the excellent service with the installation, Ramon returned in short order with the long screws needed to attach the wall controller and the light bulbs for the new lift.

I highly recommend Kaiser as a service provider and will use them to service my garage doors in the future.

Purchased the new Liftmaster 8550w operator w/ WiFi from Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates and they installed it on 3/5/16. Danny (the technician) arrived on time and switched out the motor, installed/programmed new keypads & remotes and set up the app on my phone in less than hour! My new operator hardly makes any noise and I can open and close it from my phone. I highly recommended Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates!

My Garage door spring was broken, bolts were missing and attachment to the opener was damaged. This was on our 3 year old new build and we were prepared for a large cost.

They were quick to come out at a convenient time, quickly assured us they could fix it right away for A LOT LESS than we expected.

Door is working better than when we first moved in! And you cannot even tell that it had so many issues.

Kaiser installed my garage door opener 4 years ago, and I was very pleased with their service. When a 35 year old torsion spring broke this week I knew who to call. Scheduling a service call on their website was easy, and they followed up the next morning to confirm my appointment. Alex showed up right on time this morning, and had the job done in 1 hour! He had everything he needed in his truck, knew exactly what he was doing, and lubed and adjusted the door while he was at it. The service was great, and the price was quite reasonable. We have been customers of KGDG for 5 years first having the rustic overlay installed on our garage doors in 2010 and recently having them service our garage doors when the hinges started to fail. KGDG provides quality work and, most importantly, excellent customer service. With all the improvements we have made to our home, our garage doors are what guests and neighbors always compliment.

Most of the repair business I called wanted a service call fee up front. Found Kaiser, called. No up front call fee. Talked to Dustin from sales. Described to Dustin what had happened. He suggested that I text pictures to him. He called me back suggesting damage was not bad. I asked him for a high-low price and I would not hold him to it. He emailed it to me and we arranged for a service call the next day between 8-12. At 9:30 Dan rings the door bell. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and after looking over the damage, explained what and why he was going to do, not trying to up sell me anything. Was fixed and gone in a hour or so. I would use or refer Kaiser, Dustin and Dan for anything related to garage or entrance way doors.
