This item was shipped on Dec And was at my door decThe email from ups stating it was going to be delivered DecI emedentally call Astoria to let them know that this was to late that it was a Christmas giftThey said know problem just call when I get it and they would return the item but would need a return number, so I did thisWith arguing with them on the phone about a 30% restocking fee they finally agreed to return the item and that I would not have to pay the restocking feeI shipped it out the very next dayI checked to see if I was credited on my *** after weeks and it was not so I emailed the company times before I heard back from them and they said they did get the return and that I would not get my money back because it was to lateThat it was suppose to be shipped back within days once the product let there plantThis item was at my house for days two of those days being holidays so I could not ship it out until the Holliday was over

Unfortunately we do not have a fax machineI have attached the dispute status that appears on our endWe will receive an email by April 29th regarding the dispute status

After no response from this company and opening a claim with the USPS attached is their feedback as well as the # of times I have reached out to this company
