I am rejecting this response because: I want a full refundI have emailed the company several times about said items and I have gotten little to no response I have been dealing with this since November of last year And to add insult to injury, your company sent me a size sandal, which is obviously nothing similar to my order, a size boot I requested a return label over a week ago via email to customer service, in which true fashion to your company, I have gotten no response I just want this nightmare to be over, and my money to be returned to me as soon as possible Sincerely, ***

This is my second complaint against this companyI initially contacted you all on 2/13/please see reference # [redacted] I received the order today, and it is the wrong shoe!! I have been more than patient with this company, I even resolved the order based on the fact that they told me my item had been shippedI received a pair of size sandals, without a box, and no paperwork to go along with itI DEMAND a full refund! How does a business send a pair of shoes (that are clearly not boots) wrapped in tissue paper with no box and no paperwork? I believe this company sent the wrong order to appease meI have also emailed the company, but I expect no response in returnI will be contacting my bank and I do not plan to pay to return these shoes to this companyI DEMAND a FULL refund and a return label for the wrong shoes Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:  I demand a full refund,  the policy on the website says 7-14 days to receive pre order items.  In December, I contacted   said company and the last email that was sent out on 12/18/13 said that shipping was going to resume on December 22-Jan 15th.  I will copy and paste the response from the company in this response. I have never been told that I would receive a shoe in March, I would have never placed the order.  Since the company responded in December, I have heard nothing from this company.  I have sent 3 emails since the 15th of January and I have yet to receive any type of response, in fact in my last email sent on 2/1/14 I demanded a refund in which I have gotten no response.    All I wanted was a clear expectation of when the company would ship my items and I have heard nothing from this company.

There are a total of 19 emails between [redacted] and I. I waited over 30 days for my order. I am very satisfied that the Revdex.com received such a quick response from the company. I am NOT satisfied with the $25.00 restocking fee, I made the order on 3/21/2014 and the pre order policy states 7-10 business days or more, not 30 days over. I am afraid if I do not agree to this I will not see any of my money back. 
Hopefully Kardieor Kouture will improve their customer service and customer relations.
