We do apologize from the confusion we will be happy to resolve this issue. As explained in our FAQ page we will provide shipping label for returns by our mistake. Please email [email protected] for shipping label. If you wish to correct the order we can do so otherwise we can offer a refund per our pre order policy standards.

While an item is still in production or before it's fully available in our stock we will offer pre orders to insure your purchase of the listed item. Pre-orders normally take from 7-14 business days or more to ship unless other details are listed in product's description. This date is an estimated date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please do not express ship pre-orders as we cannot assure they will arrive in time. Please note: We cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre Ordered items can be delayed for whatever reason. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items for store credit or refunds will include a $25.00 restocking fee. If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund for the purchase amount.

Yes your order placed in dec was for an item listed pre order. Unfortunately the item you ordered to longer than 14 business days. As explained in our policy these orders can take 14 business days OR MORE. Some orders do end up taking much longer. You were shipped your item(s) this month feb-14 as scheduled. If you wish to not received delivery simply refuse delivery with out opening package, That way the package will be returned to us with out cost and untouched by you. Therefore we will cancel your pre ordered item. Although there will be a $25 fee deducted from your refund. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. We are waiting for your prompt reply to resolve this issue.

Review: I ordered 2 items from this vendor's website July 20,2014. A week later none of the items were delivered. I emailed the site they advised that the items were preorered. I responded asking when the expected shipping date may be and there was no response. I emailed twice more via the "email with questions" email address that was on the order confirmation email. No response. I went to the site August 10, 2014. The site has been suspended. August 11, 2014 I called the number Revdex.com has on file for the company and it does not work. In essence I donated $468.75 USD.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: This store is in fact a scam! I ordered a dress that I never received I received an email from the store saying it wasn't in stock and It would take more time to have the merchandise to me than promised. I requested a refund and the company emailed me that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. Approximately 20 business days later I asked the status of the refund that was promised to me only to receive an apology email saying a manager will look into it promptly. That never happened and still to this day 2 months later I have never received any merchandise nor the $120.00 I was charged. They have no customer service phone number when I email them all I get is sorry we are looking into it. It is not that hard to reverse a charge or send the merchandise I would not recommend this company unless you have free money to give away and not receive anything in return. They will kindly and apologetically take your money and run!Desired Settlement: I wish to not be lied to by this company and I highly recommend the Revdex.com do not endorse this company. The service is very poor. It is not fair to pay your money and not receive any merchandise.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from Kardieor/Designer Labels Co. on October 8, 2014. I got a confirmation email back immediately stating that they received my order for a pair of GZ Kanye Cruel Summer Sandals, size 7. Total amount 264.00$ paid to KARDIEOR ###-###-####(Sacramento CA) . The 264$ posted out of my banking acct on 10/10/14. On 10/13/14 I email the company ([email protected]) and asked when was I going to receive a email with the tracking details. They responsed that there website (www.designerlabelsco.com)states that it takes 7-14 days to leave the factory and that I will be a tracking email soon. On 10/27 I contacted the company again via email to ask when my order would ship. On 10/28 they responded they had been backed up. What did I order, and I would receive a tracking email by tomorrow.On 10/29 I emailed them the description and order number of the product I paid for and informed them that the whole order transaction was attached to this email.They emailed back on 10/29 and said they could offer me a refund. I emailed back I wanted the product but if they couldnt have it mailed out in the next day or two, plus the product had to be the description that I ordered in perfect condition, if not that I wanted my full refund. No more responses came from them via email after 10/29. From then on, I kept sending emails to them asking for my refund. No response so I went to there Instagram page where they had just posted sevral pictures of products and I left comments there 11/5. They erased all comments and reported me to instagram so I can't leave anymore comments. I left comments so they could respond back to me. I called the number ###-###-####(Sacramento CA)a lady answered that it was the wrong number. All I want is my money and to see to it that no one else gets scammed by this company Kardieor/Designer Labels Co. Instagram and Facebook name is Designer Labels CoDesired Settlement: I just want my full refund of 264$ paid back to me. I can provide all emails and the confirmation email receipt that it was paid. I can also provide a copy of the bank transaction of it being charged on 10/10/14. I have also filed a dispute with my bank for this debit card purchase.Thanks!

Review: I placed a order on aug 14th for 4 items. MY MONEY WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY AT CHECK OUT. I received a email the next day saying 2 itmes were shipped and 1 item was not in stock anymore and the other was on backorder for 2 months. I was sent a gift certificate for the lady egyptian dress I ordered for $120.00 store credit and I never received my boots. I emailed and called and they said they would be there by the end of october. I told the rep I wanted a full refund for the dress and boots and have not received anything. I spoke to the rep in october the boots price was$205.00 grand total $325.00Desired Settlement: the total refund that I should receive is $305.00 that is $120.00 for lady egyptian dress and $205.00 for piarry black boots.

Customer was full aware as the product will read PRE ORDER on website and will link to PRE ORDER POLICY explaining these details. Per our policy we do accept cancellations on pre orders with a $25 cancellation fee due to the fact the product is already in process at our manufacturer. I ordered a total of 4 items/ the items that was received was 2 earrings / the egyptian dress was never received and the piarry boots was never received. The ship date on boots was told to be october, I cslled in october and was told I would receive with in 10 business days and never received them. I received a gift certificate for the egyptian dress stating that it was no longer available. I explained I didnt want a credi I wanted a refund and was told this would happen. the total for the egyptian dress was $120.00 the boots were $205.00 these items were ordered in august 2013 / I want a full refund for of 325.00 for the items that was not received. my address has changed also so please send refund to new address / please and thanks :)

I ordered a dress on 3/24/14 I received a email confirmation with my receipt and my order will be processed within 24/48 hours & I should get a tracking number and my dress should arrive within 7 days. I also paid $20 extra for express shipping and it is now 4/1 still no dress. I have emailed them 5 times and messaged them on Facebook no response. I do not recommend ordering from this website and I will be reaching out to my bank to file a claim. Please see the email below.

Review: I placed an order with this company on their website for some boots in the amount of $232, on November, 1, 2013. I noticed the item was pre-order, looked at their pre-order policy and it said the item will ship within 7-14 days. After 14 days, I contacted the company via email, in which I got no response. I then contacted the company on December 1,2013, and December 12th. I did not receive any response from their customer service until December 18th. On the 18th, I received an email and said that shipping would resume on 12/22/13-1/15/14. I have since contacted the company on 1/15/2014, 1/22/2014 and 1/31/2014 in which I have not gotten a response. Throughout this entire duration, I would post comments on this company's instagram site, and each time my comments went unanswered and were promptly deleted. This evening after a picture of the very boot I ordered 3 months ago was posted on their instagram site tonight, I asked was this item still on pre order and my question was immediately deleted. I posted a screen shot of my order and the boots and tagged the company, and I was deleted and blocked from their instagram site. The company has no contact number and the only way to contact is through email, and I have gotten no response. It is truly sad when people spend their hard earned money, to be treated in such a manner. I am demanding a refund as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I want the FULL amount of $232.00 refunded to me.

Review: I placed an order on the website for a dress febuary 11,2014. I received an email stating id receive my order in about 14 days. I never received the product nor a refund. I emailed the company numerous times after that and did not receive a response until I threatened to take legal action in june 2014. I received a return email june 17,2014 stating id have a refund within 7 days. It is now july 2,2014. No refund. No product. And now no more email response..ive tried contacting [redacted] through instagram/facebook and twitter. Where I noticed other complaints from customers. This person is running a scam. The final total of my order was $232.00= $225.00 (product) + $7.00 (Shipping.) After 30 business days I have not received my product, nor an estimated date of delivery.Desired Settlement: Requesting a full refund in the amount of $232.00. I have emailed them numerous times.

Shopped with Kardieor for my valentine dinner dress. Shipping was fast, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a pair of boots in Aug. Hadn't recieved them by October. Couldn't reach them by phone or email so I left a message on Instagram where they promptly returned my call. I was assured to recieve them in a week. By November still no shoes so I filed aclaim with my bank over the $200.00 charge. I think its a scam! They no longer have a active Instagram or customer service number.
