We have reviewed this complaint and have determined that we will refund the remaining $due to tax preps not being completedHowever the monthly fees are completely non refundableThe monthly fee gives the client unlimited access to his accountant and the client books softwareClient did have appointments and interaction with his accountant and also utilized the client books softwareAt this time this complaint is resolved as we have refunded the $in full to BehalfBehalf has scheduled a refund for the client to go out tomorrow 317.Thank you for your assistance in this matterBest Regards, Accountant

We have reviewed this complaint and would like to apologize for any confusion and frustrationThe zero corporate return that the client purchased is in fact only $There was a business Virtual Tax Organizer available to the client on his portalThe Virtual tax organizer that the client completed was the personal tax prep organizer which is why it did charge him an additional $This should not have occurred as client should have received assistance in completing the tax organizerAgain, we do apologize for this and we have refunded the second charge of $today and the client will see this back on his card in 3-business daysThank you for your assistance in this matterBest Regards, Accountant

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: When I first contacted 1-Accountants of the billing error, they offered no clarification of the error and stated that they would have a manager look into the refund process for meHowever, my phone calls and emails were 100% ignored which was incredibly frustrating as a customer to receive that kind of serviceI took the time to call and leave about polite voicemails for an account manager named Issac who was the first to state that he would look into the matter and I never received any kind of contact backMy emails sent directly to their customer service email was also ignoredWhen I did get in contact with a temp customer service representative named Chris A***, she was very kind to let me know that a manager named Tracy would call me later that day to discuss this billing error situationI never received any contact back everAfter putting in all this time in attempt to receive a refund for services that were never rendered, but charged, I refuse to accept 1800's decision to purely reject my refund request off of what they believe was in their contractMy business purpose to utilize accountants were to simply have our federal taxes completed, but I NEVER ELECTED OR REQUESTED the additional services for which we were charged $and $for additional months for services we DID NOT RECEIVEI would like to have those charged refunded back to our account In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] **

We have reviewed this client's complaint and we do apologize for the client's frustrationWe were very willing to work on a refund with the client but upon cancellation of the account the client did let us know that she had filed a charge dispute with her bankWe did advise the client that due to the dispute being filed we would be unable to directly issue a refund and would have to go through the process with the bank Thank you for your assistance in this matter Accountant

We offered the client a refund minus 15% even though he cancelled after days and he declined the offer The client informed us that he will be contacting his attorney therefore this is no further recourse a a full refund will not be issued We have made a good faith effort to resolve the client's issue but the client stated that he will seek other means We appreciate your assistance regarding this matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This company's response is intentionally vague and deceptive, which has been my overall experience with them to dateThe refund mentioned, was for $695, which is 30% of the overall fees they took from meYes, I filed a dispute with my bank, which is listed in my original complaint to the Revdex.com and had already been submitted and under review before Tracey made any mention of a potential 30% refund and it was too late to retract, all mentioned within my complaint notes to the Revdex.comTwo days later, I received info from my bank that 1800-Accountant had denied the requestFurthermore, I had to shell out MORE money to have my taxes completed and turned in late to the IRS by hiring a local accountant to complete the job and she indeed confirmed that 1800-Accountant had me overpaying the IRS by close to $3,This is unacceptable!!! We have reviewed the client's account and determined that they signed up with a package that consisted of business and personal tax preparation and tax advisory on June [redacted] It was then renewed in as wellSince we have rendered services for the tax advisory we are willing to issue the client a partial refund for the business tax preparation that we didn't fulfill for both and which would be in the amount of $1,We did not fulfill taxes for or because the client did not provide the needed tax documents for us to begin the return process, therefore we couldn't render those services
