We have reviewed the clients claim and since the client's taxes were not completed, we are willing to offer a 75% refund This is due to the fact that the monthly fees that the client paid was not just for tax preparation rather it also included unlimited access to an accountant for questions as well as access to our client books on the member website Since some of the services were not rendered and the client was not completely satisfied with the service, it is only fair to offer the client a partial refundWe therefore request that the client inform the Revdex.com of his acceptance in order for us to issue a partial refund We appreciate your assistance regarding this matter
