Review: I made a purchase at this online site on July **, 2015 for 3 to 6 day shipping and my order was never shipped and all the online order info says is order unfulfilled. Review: I placed an order with the company and they didn't have what I wanted at the time and asked if I wanted another product. When the product arrived I was unsatisfied with the quality. I sent numerous emails and called but I got no response from the vendor. So I returned the product via [redacted]. Review: I order a product from Karensclosetny.com last month no tracking number or estimate time of when I was receiving my order. So this company provide you with two ways to contact them via email and telephone number. The telephone number is dead number no one never ever answers the phone. I mean its does matter if you call business hours off business hours no one answers. Due to long distance between me and the establishment I can't make to personally go to resolve my issue. I went out of my way to finding a business which so happens to be in the same building to see if they can contact them just so I can speak to a live person after a month of my purchase. At this point of time I just want my money back. I truly believe I'm not getting it back. Im a strong supporter of small businesses, but being treated this way and discovering the reputation they carry after the fact on [redacted], and [redacted]. I don't trust spending my hard working money on small businesses anymore.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and this business needs to be redirected on how to manage a business or just shut down.

Review: I order a dress off of Karen's Closet Ny on August **,2014. This was a preorder item and when I initially ordered it from the website the ship date was for the [redacted]. A couple of days go by I havent received a tracking number so I contacted them by email for them to tell me the date has been pushed back to September *. I I informed the sales rep that if I didn't have the dress by September [redacted] then they might as well cancel my order, she assured me that it would be back in by then. September [redacted] came and I still haven't gotten an tracking number so I called a again. This time I must spoken with the [redacted] or [redacted] because I explained the situation to her and she said can browse the website to if it was anything else I wanted or she would give me a refund. The next day which was September [redacted] I sent an email stating that I didn't see anything I like and that I wanted a refund. Now since then I sent countless emails and I've called numerous times and no ones has gave me any type of response or a refund. And now ice tried calling the store and I can't get through. I just want my money back its been a month and a half. Like seriously how long doesn't it take. Very unprofessional....this is bad business PERIOD !!!!Desired Settlement: $67.00

Review: Placed order on March **, 2014 and never received my purchase it is now May **, 2014 and still to no avail. Initially they refused to refund my money but after challenging there policy they agreed to refund the money. I was told by an employee over the phone that their merchant released the funds April **, 2014, I was then told once again give it a week (by the way this is what I've been told since they lost my purchase, "just give it another week and call us back or we will call u back in which they have never called me back and when I call them back they have no clue as to what I am talking about). On May **, 2014 I contacted Karen's Closet NY to inquire about the delay in my refund, I was asked for my bank number on the back of my card that was used for purchase, I gave what was requested, the young woman told me that once she contacted the my bank she would contact me within thirty (30) minutesDesired Settlement: AND complimentary gift certificate for their horrible customer service and my inconvenience. my baby missed her prom because of their negligence

Review: I placed an order for a short set, top and bottom on December *,2013. I did receive part on my order that was shipped on December **. I was waiting and waiting for my other items, when I contacted the store, they stated the items were actually a pre-order, I was not aware of that. None the less I was told they would be in soon. Fast forward to February **,2014, I was finally sent an email stating they were shipped and expected arrival was Feb **. That date came and I did not get the package. I attempted to track it on the [redacted] website but the information was limited and not up to date. I spoke to the store after several attempts and the sales person told me that once they shop it out they aren't responsible and that [redacted] states is was at a sorting facility. She suggested that I locate it at the [redacted] facility. I hung up feeling pretty dissatisfied. I got a call from the manager on March **, 2014 and she stated she was aware and another customer was having the same issue. She said she would call me back by Monday after she tracked the order and had a solution. She assured me by Monday the latest I would hear from her. On Tuesday February [redacted] I received an email that my order was received and I would have the items by Feb [redacted]. After a week went by and I didn’t received my order I called the store and was told my package would go out on Thursday Feb [redacted] and I would have by Feb [redacted]. Every week my package never came and I would call and get the same story. On March [redacted] I received an email that my order was shipped along with [redacted] tracking number after continuance checking of the tracking number over several days I called the post office and was told Karen’s Closet never dropped off my pack for shipping, I called them again and received another email on March [redacted] that my items would be shipped on Monday March [redacted] and I would receive a new tracking number. It is now Weds March [redacted] and I have called emailed sent messages on Instagram and no one has responded to me regarding my purchase. My credit card was charged on Feb [redacted] which I believe is an unfair practice since it been over 6 weeks and I do not have the items I was charged for. Review: I have so many problems with this horrible establishment called a business. I purchased an outfit on 9/**/14, and paid for 2 day shipping totally over $90! After 2-3 days went by and I didn't receive any notification of my order being shipped, I tried to contact the store. Whatever phone number they have listed on their site is just a voicemail. I was getting anxious know that I was leaving soon for **. Finally someone named [redacted] reached out to me assuring she would over night my order to ** to reach October ?*, 2014 and that did not happen! Even a week later from returning back to from **, still no shipment, still no answers. I tried contacting them on the phone listed on their website, I tried calling back the number [redacted] called me, I sent over 7 emails, and even tried [redacted], where I first discovered the store, and after many failed attempts of getting any answers or replies, Karen's Closet blocked me on [redacted]! This was totally unfair since I paid my money and still had no product, and no one was answering my emails, comments, or calls. Last[redacted], 2/*/15, I get home and see a package. It was the outfit I ordered from Karen's Closet way back in September! I still cannot believe it! I have made several phone calls, sent emails, and now I just left a message on their website as well. No one responds to you at all.

Review: I made a purchase back on April * at karensclosetny.com. After about 3 weeks, I called their customer service to inquire about the product shipment. They told me that my size had not arrived yet and that maybe I'd be interested in another product. They went on to tell me that they would send me pictures of the optional product that had not yet been posted to their website, in which I obliged. I received no email and called back later in the week to inform them. They assured me that they would send out the original product I ordered the following day in which I did not receive a shipment confirmation. When I called back the following week, I was informed that the person I needed to speak to was not available and that I would without a doubt receive a call by day's end. Unfortunately I received no call or voicemail. Since then every time I call them, no one ever picks up the phone or has responded to me, even after I sent an email. I am truly disappointed as I have made several purchases with this company over the past years. I have exhausted all forms of communication with them. At this point I don't even care to receive the product anymore, I would just like to obtain a refund and to no longer have any affiliation with them as a customer. Review: I purchased a dress from KCNY back in Oct/2013 for express delivery I called the company to check the status of my order and a representative informed me that the company could not ship my order because the product was defected and asked me to select another item off the website because the company did not do refunds. So I selected a different dress and had to pay a little extra because the new item cost more then the previous dress I order. Once the item was received the merchandise was to little I could not fit it so I returned the merchandise back to the seller. The seller advised me once again that the store does not do refunds but grants a store credit for the amount and that I could use it any time. So earlier this year in January I used my store credit and tried to purchase items. I purchase 4 items

After adding all of these items to my cart and applying my store credit I owed a new balance of 22.00 So my [redacted] paid for the remanding balance on his debit card. I have not received any of the items purchased but the merchant has received payment. I've called the company several times over the past 2 months and spoke with a representative once stating that my order was delayed because the products were not available the store representative said she would have the [redacted] call me in refrence to my order but now one never made contact. I have since then trued ti contact the company numerous time via phone and social network (instagram) only to get no replay. My order number is #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I really just want my money back. I tried to go along with the company policy but this is not working. I have not received and product or any indication that I am going to. I want my money back and I want my [redacted] debit card to be refunded as well.

Review: On March **,2015 I (pre-order) purchased online via [redacted] a mustard color leather jacket with fur collar xl from Karensclosetny for $358. I made this purchase with my debit card order #[redacted]. I received a email confirmation and that was it to this day I have yet to receive my item. I have made several attempts via email telephone (which when you call you receive a voicemail) and through [redacted] and I have yet to receive and sufficient response through [redacted] "the representative" will respond back by saying call the store during business hours" which are 10am-5pm Monday thru Friday. My first attempt to reach out to a live person was via [redacted] I was told a shipment arrived but it wasn't with the "cute sleeve I wanted" (whatever that means). No one ever answers after going thru their [redacted] and [redacted]. I noticed several unsatisfied customers who have yet to receive their items or it took a very long time to receive some have not received anything at all including their money back the last attempt I made was today via [redacted] after I noticed a recent post and I was told to call the store during business hours I find this to be truly unacceptable and I believe this business is a fraud I also have saved emails that were sent by me and [redacted]s dm as well thank youDesired Settlement: I would either like my money or the item I paid for.

Review: On November **, 2014, I placed an order on Karensclosetny.com for Take Over Lace-Up Platform Boots in a size 6 1/2 for a total of $47.73, which includes shipping. The website stated that the item wouldn't be shipped until December *, 2014. December *,2014 came and I hadn't heard anything so I called the store to find out if my order had been shipped. They told me No and that they wouldn't be receiving the item until December **, 2014. I told them that was too late. I needed it by Christmas because it was a gift for my sister. I expressed that I would like a refund and they stated that it would not be a problem. They said I would be receiving an email with the details of my refund and it will take about 7 business days for it to reflect in my account. I waited about two weeks but the money was never refunded. I called them back and they stated whoever did it the first time did not do it correctly and that they would fix it. Again, I was told that I would be receiving an email and it would take about 7-10 business days. Two weeks passed and no refund. I called and told them that I would just purchase some items to compensate for what I'm owed. They issued me a gift card for the amount so I could get the items online. I selected a dress and a t-shirt on January **, 2015 and opted to pick up the items in the store. I went to the store on January [redacted] 2015 and they told me that my items were in the cleaners due to a deodorant stain from someone trying it on. However, the sales associate expressed she will have it shipped at no cost. I waited a couple weeks and did not receive the item. I called and they gave me a [redacted] tracking number. I tracked the item a few days later and it stated that my item was delivered to someone in a different state. I called the store and they said [redacted] lost my item and they would send me a money order to refund me what I'm owed. I've sent numerous emails, called a few times a day, left voicemails and have gotten no response. Review: I have never in my life encountered a business with this amount of unprofessionalism as this company. I ordered a dress from them and paid for the extra amount for 2 day of shipping. The representative assured it would be here Saturday and it is Friday and I haven't even received a email. Review: I was charged for items I ordered & nevered received items. I tried several times calling the phone is now disconnected !! I got no response 2 several of my emails sent .

Review: I initially ordered articles of clothing from the company in May 2014. One of the items did not fit, so I called them to discuss a course of action. They told me to return the product (on my own dime) and I would be issued a store credit towards my next purchase. I waited months for a contact but nothing. I finally got in contact with them, via email since no one would answer the phone. They said they had already sent me a voucher, which they had not. They resent a voucher, I ordered, and still have not received my items. It has been 10 months with correspondence stating that there was some items heading my way and other items were out of stock, but still no refund (which I did request via email correspondence) and no clothing.

I received an e-mail from Karen's Closet on May *, 2015 with a shipping confirmation for three of the four items I ordered. I also received a separate e-mail with a $38 gift card to cover the difference in pricing. I do not want any of the products, nor do I want to have to order from them again to try to get the rest of the money I spent back in the form of a product. I want my money back.

I am rejecting the response by the business. The issuance of any store credit is unacceptable, as I have tried for over a year to get the items I ordered, had order shipment confirmations that never shipped/arrived, and had credits issued that, when attempted to retrieve, items I wish to order are never in stock. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, via telephone and email, that were unsuccessful. When I look up the company online, I see numerous people stating they have had the same or similar issues with the company. I only want the money back that I gave the company and nothing more/less.
