Review: I placed an order on February [redacted] with this company for a skirt. a week later I tried calling the number on the site it was saying that the number no longer existed (###-###-####), so I emailed the young lady and still didn't receive a response. so I went to the young lady's instagram and received a totally different contact number off of there, I finally spoke to someone and I told them that I didn't receive a shipping confirmation but I did see that they had taken the money out of my account, I also asked when would my skirt be here because I needed it by a certain day the date I needed it for was the [redacted] of February. she told me that the item was made to order. I mention to her that that was not stated on the site, and if I knew that I wouldn't have placed the order. she told me that I could choose another color and that it would be shipped out right away express mail and that it would be here before the expected date. I never received the skirt, I called the young lady and told her so I also told her that at this point I didn't even want it anymore I wanted a refund. she told me she shipped it and she didn't understand what happen, but she would talk to the [redacted] and get back to me by the end of the week. the [redacted] sent me an email asking me to send an email so that she can file a claim with the post office, I sent her the email and I still haven't received a response or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and also the company needs to be very clear on there site about there custom made items. they also should be more professional and learn how to respond back in a timely manner.

Review: I ordered two items from the company on July [redacted] 2015. On July [redacted] I received an email giving me an order number along with saying my items have been shipped to my house and they should arrive in two business days. I waited for about two weeks and went on their website to get an email and/or contact number(which I found). On the website it said they were moving to a new location so I gave them an extra week until I called them. When I called no one answered so I left a brief voicemail with my number and no one called me back so I called several more times. When I figured that wouldn't work I emailed them to ask for my order or a refund. They have still not contacted me. It's been over a month and when I go to look at my order number on usps.com it says my item is still in Bronx, NY. I've been on vacation and I don't even need the items anymore and they way the handle business I would just like my money back please and thank youDesired Settlement: For my money to be refunded to my account. Review: I ORDERED A DRESS FROM KCNY (KARENS CLOSET NEWYORK) BACK IN JANUARY ** 2013. IVE BEEN CALLING AND WHEN I CALL THEY SAY ITS ON ITS WAY COMING SO I WAIT 2 WEEKS TO 1MONTH STILL NO ITEM, SO I CALL THEM AGAIN THEN SAY SAID THE ITEM GOT SENT BACK TO THEM BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY CITY ON THE ADDRESS SO THEY GONNA FIX IT AND SEND OUT AGAIN. I WAITED AND WAITED FOR ANOTHER MONTH STILL NO ITEM, THEN I CALLED THEM, AND I SAID YOU KNOW WHAT I DON'T WANT THE ITEM ANYMORE CAN I GET A REFUND THEY SAID YEA SURE WE GONNA SEND A CHEQUE OF 125.36$ TO YOU AND I SAID OK. I WAITED 3 WEEKS TO A MONTH FOR THAT ONE BEFORE CALLING THEY SAID THE CHEQUE ALSO GOT SENT BACK TO THEM FOR REASONS I DON'T KNOW.THEN THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND IT THROUGH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT THIS WAS IN JUNE OR JULY 2013 , SO I CALLED THEM 2 DAYS LATER TELLING THEM I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MONEY IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT THEY SAID THEY WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BUT NOO ONE CALLED. AUGUST 2013 TILL NOW (SEPTEMBER 2013) IVE BEEN CALLING KCNY NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE, I CALL THEM LITERALLY EVERYDAY BUT STIILL NO-ONES ANSWERS THE PHONE SO I WENT TO THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE AND MADE A COMMENT I ASKED THEM WHY NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE NEXT THING I KNOW THEY DELETE MY COMMENT SO I ASKED THEM AGAIN THIS TIME THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR PAGE SO I WENT ON THEIR TWITTER AND ASKED THE SAME THING BUT NO REPLY.ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED FROM KCNY TILL THIS VERY DAY I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM OR GOTTEN MY REFUND FROM THEM. ... IM TIRED AND FED UP WITH THEM!!!! ALL I WANT IS MY 125.36$ BACKDesired Settlement: REFUND MY 125.36 INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Terrible customer service and I never received the product I ordered or a refund.

Review: I placed an order with Karen's Closet Ny going on about a month ago. They never kept me up to date on the item I purchased. Everytime I would email them they would give me the run around. Than when I called they would also give me the run around. I cancelled the order because my item was never shipped out and they never even sent a courtesy email letting me know it was on back order. It's been going on about 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my money back from the cancelled order. I keep emailing them and nobody has responded yet.Desired Settlement: I want my money back because I never even received the item but they still took the money out my account.

Review: I ordered the product online and selected to do in store pick up. Recieved a call stating the business location was moved. I was provided another address [redacted]. The address was a church the lady informed me five other young ladies had come to pick up items and this seemed to be a scam.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money refunded.

Review: I placed an order with this boutique since October and I paid for 3 to 5 days shipping and I still haven't received my order. I proceeded to call and email them several times with no response until I left a messy saying I will be contacting the Revdex.com and they canceled my order and told me that I will be getting my refund in a week. A week has passed by and now we are in November and I haven't received my refund yet.

I would just like my money back and also to make a report against this company because they also have a ig page (Instagram) and I reached out to them on there they will answer with rude comments and they don't care because they still have my money .

Review: On July **, 2015 I made my first purchase with Karens Closet NY and I ordered 3 dresses that totaled to $94.21 with taxes. I placed my order online and using my [redacted] card ending in [redacted]. My order was submitted and shortly after there was a pending charge on my card for the said amount. From 7/**/15 until 7/**/15 I have not received a single correspondence via email or phone with my confirmation details or anything regarding my order for that matter. On Wednesday 7/**/15 I sent them an email via their online message system regarding my issue and I have not heard anything back. I’ve called several times and even left a voice mail. On Thursday 7/**/15 I made a comment under a photo on their [redacted] account letting them know that I didn’t receive any email confirmation. Their reply to me was; “[redacted]”. Again I proceeded to inform them via the comment section and through [redacted] that my card was charge and I have not received any feedback. I even sent a picture of the charge that was made on my card.

On July **, 2015 I received a package in the mail from Karens Closet NY, order [redacted] and 2 of the dresses I ordered were sent in the wrong size and one item was completely different than my original order. I ordered a medium in the yellow dress and green dress and I received both dresses in a small and instead of a third dress I got a leotard. I have been contacting Karens Closet NY on a constant basis for some feedback on my order, which I never received. Then I get this package in the mail which in all the wrong sizes from what I initially ordered.

I visited their website and their policy states all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. I have contacted them letting them know I would like a refund as I mentioned this in a separate email before I received these items in the mail or an exchange if someone would at least respond to me.

After 3 days of no response from Karens Closet NY I placed the items that were sent to me in the postage to the PO Box address listed on the package ([redacted]). I have contacted them numerous times prior to receiving the package and thereafter with no response. I returned the items because they were all the wrong sizes from my original order and I no longer want them as I mentioned in my first email to the company on 7/**/15 prior to receiving this package. I want a refund for my purchase made on 7/**/15 in the amount of $94.21. Today is now 8/**/15 and the only correspondence I received from this company is a voice message on 7/**/25 telling me to call them back. Which I did so on numerous occasions before and after this package arrived to no avail. Karens Closet customer service is horrible and I will not be purchasing from this company again. Furthermore I would like a refund for what they have charged on my card, not to mention all the items were the wrong from my original order and I even reached out for an exchange and I have not heard from them since receiving my package. My [redacted] tracking #[redacted] indicates that the items I sent back arrived to Karens Closet NY PO Box on Saturday August [redacted]. Review: I have ordered there clothes. It was sent to my house but I missed the delivery . Then it was sent back to them but I didn't find out till weeks down that it was sent back. I emailed them a lot of times about my order. They never got back to me till a month a go. Then they emailed saying they got the package but nothing every since then. I have emailed and call them a lot of times. Still no response .Desired Settlement: I just hope that I get my refund back

Review: On February ** 21015 I ordered a couple ofclearance items and a $340 jacket from Karens Closet Ny. The jacket was a preorder. The site said 7-10 days. A person called and asked if I wanted to wait for the jacket to come in to get the other items or ship now. I said I can wait. I got the items in 2 days but no jacket. I waited 2 weeks. I called about jacket. She said it hasn't came in but will express it to me when it comes. Here It is May ** 2015. I still do not have a jacket. She won't answer calls, return emails. And she she blocked me on social media because I started to call her a thief. She has posted the jacket twice since I ordered it saying they were back in stock. I realized she has done this to other people as well.Desired Settlement: As much as I loved the jacket I want my money back.

Review: I ordered black boots from this company for about $52, that including shipping and handling. I received an email that my order had been shipped out. After two weeks, I sent an email regarding my order and was told that it had shipped and would get to me as soon as it can. I called, several times before speaking to anyone, and they informed me that the color black bootie had in fact not been shipped and they are still waiting on the supplier to get more orders of the black version. They said it should be in by [redacted] and shipped [redacted] and I should receive it sometime soon after. The shoes never came in so I called again, about 10-20 times before someone picked up over several day periods. This person informed me that it had still not shipped due to Veterans Day. I decided that it was taking too long and I would prefer a refund. She assured me that the shoe would be on its way and she really wanted to me to have the shoe so she would take off the delivery charge from my account, in hopes that I would wait for the shoe delivery. I waited again and still, the shoe never came on the day I was quoted. I finally called back and requested a complete refund, still had not received the delivery charge refund. The woman told me the manager would have to review and approve and the refund would be processed and I would receive a call on the following [redacted]. Of course, I did not receive a phone call and I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the past two weeks, to no avail. This is highly unprofessional, rude and just wrong. My money was taken out of my account, knowing that they did not have the supply of the shoe I wanted and gave me the run around for an entire month. My order number is #[redacted] and I would like my money back into my account as soon as possible. I will never order from this company again and if this is not solved, I will have no choice but to press this issue to higher authorities.Desired Settlement: I need the entire fee of the shoe and shipping and delivery fee returned to my bank account, immediately.

Review: I ordered a piece of clothing from the company on Nov. **, 2015. I did not receive it by Dec. [redacted] so I emailed them. They emailed back that they would send it the next day. I still have not received it and they are ignoring my email requests for information about the order. They charged my credit card after I ordered the top.Desired Settlement: I would like the top sent to me with a tracking number so I can see that they actually sent it OR I would like a refund of $28.50 credited back to my credit card.

Review: I purchased several items from their website in early July and I've contacted them numerous times about not recieveing my purchases even though they charged my debit card, they sent me a false shipping label that hasn't changed since the day I received it by email. Review: I pre-ordered a dress on their website on August **, 2014 to have on my birthday, September **, 2014 and it is 2 months later and I have not received my dress since. They keep telling me that I will receive my dress soon, but there is no exact date nor a tracking number. I am infuriated with them and I feel that they lack professionalism and I just do not understand what kind of business they are running. They took the funds out of my account right away, but I still cannot receive my dress.
