To whom it may concern, We have tried numerous times with *** and *** *** to settle their defaulted account. We have been in constant contact with them via phone and email, Mrand Mrs***’s statements are untrue We sent three separate settlement options via certified
mail. Mrand Mrs*** did not respond to the settlement letter offers, instead they chose to send multiple emails to departments other than Loan Servicing stating they wanted other options. Loan Servicing is the only department that can communicate with them. As you know we are limited as to what information can be discussed in emails do to privacy concerns We have restricted contact to mail only as they have contacted us from numbers out of the country, borrowing phones and computers and this concerned us as to whom we were communicating with. We do not understand why they would involve the Revdex.com in this matter, as the ***’s have defaulted on their legally binding contractual agreement and they continue to have an outstanding deficiency balance on the account that will remain until they pay our offer.Thank you,Kaye D* ***

This is the first we have heard of this issue, we will pull our files and review, at which time we will contact the member and try to resolve

The business did provide options but not to places we desired to go We still maintain that the agency should have been more open to inform us that their program works best if you plan at least six months in advanceOur lives don't fit into tat mold and the program doesn't for usI didn't expect to get anything back even though they got $from us and we got nothing in returnThat is probably why the program is doing so well since there are many other people like us out there who are in the same situationIt would seem to me that if a company was concerned about its image, that it would go to great lengths to treat their customers fairly

We appreciate Patricia being more detailed in what their issue is The phone number we have been calling is the one shown in the original Revdex.com complaint I have tried it on numerous occasions during different times throughout the day and from different phones, the number never rings and I
constantly get a message "all circuits are busy" I make many other phone calls throughout the day all over the country Somehow, their number is not being able to be successful when calling from our location We had simply asked for another contact phone number to be verified by the Catlett's With the new information provided, we will review your file and thank you for providing the additional input If there is another phone number that we can reach you at other than the one we have, we would appreciate confirming it Thank you for your assistance

We have made a written request of Ms*** to please provide us with the copy of the documents as she stated she had in her original complaint This was requested today and we are eagerly awaiting the documentation so we may assist her

It was really surprising that they sent the same invitation to the same tour again after saying that we did not qualify with the promise of the gifts*** did call me and apologized for the treatment they gave us at their desert ridge officeShe said that she will send the promised gifts of $visa card and $Darden restaurant gift card by postal mail along with the air ticketsWe received the air ticket voucher by mail which needs us to pay money deposit as well as taxes fees etc to use itSo I am skeptical if I can really use them based on my experiences with them so far.However, instead of the promised gifts of $visa card and $Darden restaurant gift card over the phone, they just sent us a discount dining card in the emailSo they did not keep their promise as mentioned on the call a second time.I am again disappointed by their actions and they not keeping their promises a second timeFrustrated Customer*** ***

We would like to gather some information and speak with Mr*** regarding his statements In the review of our documentation, we find he did not contact us to request a cancellation of his contract until almost days later It would be nice to speak with him to assist him, however, there have been over four messages left as well as an email requesting a time to review his complaint and no response from him We do want to resolve this issue, however, we do need to speak to him regarding his concerns

We are the ones that have been trying to contact them numerous times, we have received letters that gives us the same options that we already told them we can commit to.We are aware that we are in default and that is why we have been trying to find a solution, but they have been very nonchalant and very rude about our situation, its true that we are out of the country and that is the main reason why we cannot continue with this membership, we had very bad luck with some investments and our business.That is why we involved Revdex.com because we are desperate
