We are surprised that this Member has filed a complaint as she has had issues 2009, 2011, 2013, & and now with paying on time since the purchase in We place our billing and collection policy (attached) in each billing statement with every mailing every year She is well aware of how the system works yet still continues to ignore paying on time In addition over the years we have spoken to her numerous times regarding the policy and in the past she has logged into her account online and changed her address, phone number, contacted us for changing her name She needs to contact Blackwell Recovery at ###-###-#### to resolve this immediately and It appears she currently has a different name on your complaint that she has not notified us of that needs her attention Please let me know if you need any additional information Kaye D [redacted] ***
