Review: It's been over 6 months after I returned my mobile hotspot for refund and despite the company's 45 day guaranteed refund all I've received are lies and more lies.

After every email I've sent the company responds how overwhelmed they have been, but anytime soon I will receive my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund my money within 45 days, as promised.

Review: I ordered a new "karma go" device on January **, 2016 because I recently had the first generation karma device and with the launch of the new device the company was going to shut off my old one. In order for me to keep my data on this wi-fi device I needed to buy a brand new device. The new device is $149 and Your Karma was nice enough to give a $50 credit but still I was un happy with this to begin with.

I was told via email that I would receive my new karma go device on January **, 2016, which was about 2 weeks later. It now is February *, 2016 and I have yet to recieve the device, shipping info or any reason why they have yet to ship the device.

I contacted their business via email because they don't have a telephone number and was told that my device is on it's way and that they are just having a delay. There was no new updated delivery date, a way around it to make sure the buyer is happy.

I have never had a problem like this with them before and this isn't just happening to me, as my friend also said his product is taking over 5 weeks to reach him. He is located in the United States as well. This is unacceptable on any type of terms for any company.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to reply back with why it's taking so long to ship the products. It's gotten to the point where I will want a refund or adjustment in billing or data already.

Hi [redacted],Thank you for replying to my concern and taking the time to review this Revdex.com complaint. I just received my Karma go last night in one piece and thank you for that...BUT I did receive it 31+ days after I ordered it and 16 days after the date expected from Karma organization. I ordered it for a trip I was going on just last weekend but because I didn't receive the wifi device before I did need to pay for wifi in the hotel. I needed to use wifi for work. I think it's unacceptable for Karma to not even let me know and reach out to me to let me know that there was going to be delays. But instead I needed to reach out to you guys and ask. Because the device was delayed I did need to pay extra money out of pocket for wifi on my trip. If there is someway to reimburse with data or percentage off data for future that would be great for the delay of the item. Thank you.

Review: Advertised unlimited data at 4-5mb speed, withing my first month of owning karma they dropped the speds down to 2-3mb which I honestly could live with but then change my unlimited plan to 15gigs a month. Awful and false advertising and I'm looking into taking legal action.Desired Settlement: I want what was advertised, I was unlimited data at 4-5mb

Review: Even after I cancelled service and sent back the device, the continued to bill me.Desired Settlement: Refund and warn future customers that even if you cancel service for their horrible and misleading service, you will likely still be billed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, they said that until the device (which I purchased) returned to their warehouse, their system continues to bill customers. I would like my complaint to be listed to warn and help protect others. There is no obligation to return the device if service is cancelled, yet they are essentially requiring customers to keep paying for unused service.

Placed a "pre-order" with the company back in October of 2014- they advertised the product would ship by December. They product never shipped - they kept sending emails every so often indicating that the product had technical problems and the release date had been delayed. March of 2015 came and after so many delays I decided to cancel the purchase and got a money refunded. Then on July 2015, they advertise that the product was ready and that it would ship in two weeks. I placed an order again - today is September the [redacted], 2015, and they still haven't shipped the product. Their website continues to falsely advertise that their products ship within 2 weeks and it has been completely false for over a year. I send them a e-mail inquiring about the product and all they reply is that the product will ship within two weeks. My impression is that they are milking the credit card payments by depositing the money collected from sales in an account to start drawing interest right away - more of a scam than a serious company. The only comfort I found was that I found out they have been doing the same thing to thousands of customers - so I was not the only one they scammed.

Review: I purchased this product on 09/**/2015, received an invoice but have not heard from nor received tracking information since. I've sent them emails, just called them. They have no formalized customer service, they are very disorganized. I'm going to dispute this transaction if this proceeds further like this. When I called their business phone, the person answered like ti was a cell phone.. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Tracking information! Customer Service.. I don't have alot of high hopes about the outcome of this!

classic bait and switch advertising. their website and online ads broadcasted unlimited data at 5mbps speeds and guess what, the people who have no internet came running and we thought this was finally our savior only to have it ripped from us three weeks later.
