11/06/2017Thanks for calling. No I have not heard anything and you can no longer leave a message at their phone number. Their one year was up on 10-21-2017. My health is not good so my daughter has been handling this and the email address I provided for Revdex.com is my daughter's.  She contacted the Attorney General's office and I have spoken twice with a lady from there. Understand Revdex.com will probably not be able to get in touch with anyone from this company and reports about their scams and not being able to reach them have been on the news and in the newspapers in Springfield, Mo.11/07/2017 [consumer not in good health and is allowing daughter to handle this. very much. My mom unfortunately really believed they would help her
& lost a lot of money. We were hoping to get at least some back, but
it seems they are more unavailable than ever before. The

said that we would need to hire our own legal representation to pursue
anything. We are still hoping that is not the case and they can make
some headway with these cases. Do you know if we could join a
class-action suit perhaps?Thank you so much and please let me know if you have any other ideas or need any additional information from me.Best regards,[redacted] 11/16/2017  Interesting that you should call and tell me you will close complaint due to business not responding.  I recently got a call from [redacted] at Escape Resolutions which said one of these time shares would be closing soon (I do not believe it). Yes, there one year was up on October 21. I told him I had filed a Revdex.com complaint and he said he didn't know anything about it, but, Revdex.com gives them a bad rating because they don't pay to be a full member.  There has been a few emails between us  which I will forward to you. I also got a bill for next year's maintenance fees which are due by January 1. Escape Resolutions Customer Care Department11/28/2017  Thanks for calling. I called them a few days ago. Phone rang and rang, got voice mail then told mailbox full, cannot leave a message. They did call back a few days later and said we see you called. This was a [redacted] and she said they were still in the process of closing and was supposed to  have called me this morning, but, I did not hear from her this morning. Now, the yearly maintenance fee at [redacted] is due by January 1 of $643.00 and I pay $44.00 monthly with [redacted]. I had sent to Escape Res. documents about this and [redacted] was going to try and find them and told me they would take care of paying these (guess because they were supposed to have had these units sold for me by 10-21-17; we'll see if they actually do this). O.K, let's proceed that I will call you if I hear from them this week and if you do not hear from me, you will call them Friday, 12-1. Thank you.11/29/2017 My daughter forwarded me an email she got from the Mo. AG's office. I will send it to you. It shows their reply to my complaint with the AG plus a letter from AG about me having 30 days to respond [mediator put those in Library]12/01/2017 I did not hear anything from them this week.  It looks like [redacted] is now the contact as she signed the letters to the AG. [redacted] is mistaken in what she told you about the maintenance fees with [redacted] being unpaid as I have all my monthly receipts. They claim [redacted] might be out of my name in two weeks?! that would be great! So, [redacted] might take a month before we hear anything. Thanks [redacted]01/09/2018 No, I have not gotten anything indicating [redacted] was sold. I got a phone call from [redacted] at Escape at a strange time, the Friday night before Christmas. He said it was closing, but, I have not seen anything. They promised to pay the [redacted] fees due by Jan.3 of $630.00, but, that was not done and I had to pay them and am still paying the monthly bill at [redacted] since it apparently had not closed.  I have called there several times and only received one return call from [redacted] who claimed things were in the works. I paid $6,000.00 in 2016 and nothing has happened. I'm wondering if all this latest activity and promises is just window dressing on their part to make us think they are doing something. I also called [redacted] at the AG's office and have not gotten a reply yet.  Understand you will call them and see if you can get any information.  I suggest you try [redacted] or [redacted] (I beleive [redacted] is long gone). Understand you may have to close the complaint if they are not providing any meaningful responses. Please let me know before you do. Thanks for checking in.03/01/2018  Well, they did call me just yesterday. It was [redacted]. Perhaps they called due to the deadline you had given them in your voice mails and email of last week.  I was on the phone with him for 40 minutes. He said it is "In Closing." I asked for names of their customers who had actually gone through closing or gotten refunds. He said did not think they could do that. Asked if he could have former customers who got a closing  call me for cofirmation this actually gets done sometime, and he said perhaps possible. He claimed again we were behind in maintenance fees to [redacted] and [redacted].  We have just mailed those receipts again to him which prove otherwise. He said he does not undestand why I am so angry. I told him he made these same promises right before Christmas in a late evening phone call ("It's going to close, it's going to close) but here it's 2 months later and nothing. I asked him for the names of these closing companies and who is handling as I would like to talk to them. O.k, realize you can't leave this complaint open much longer and that you plan to contact them and tell them would like to have something concrete that verifies a closing will take place, or I'll get a refund, as it needs to be established if this is genuine or if they are just stringing me along. Thanks03/09/2018  Well, I am not surprised no one from Escp Res contacted you by the second deadline you gave them of yesterday by noon. I have not heard anything else either since Feb 28th. Understand since they are not responding to the Revdex.com, that the complaint will be closed. Perhaps something will come from the Attorney General's involvement. At the end of the phone conversation [redacted] was told that she would receive a phone call from Escape to go over the facts and resolve, if any, remaining issues regarding her timeshare memberships.
