Awful experience. :-( Save your time and frustration and shop someplace else. My wife and I took my parents there. There were in need of a new bed frame. Terrible service, low end quality furniture. My parents really didn't want to go anyplace else so we tried to buy it from Katy Furniture. It's been over a week, still no bed frame. We called repeately and tried to schedule pickup and they refuse to release our order. Just down right frustrating. Save your time and shop at Rooms To Go or Ashley or any other place. I strongly recommed to stay away from Katy Wholesale Furniture on Westgreen.
Bought my living room set and a dining set for cash on 10/9/2016 invoice # [redacted] . We have spoken to Marie and Brittany. The love seat has recliners, one of the recliners mechanics has completely fallen apart and the cushion on the arm has has sunk in. We have contacted them for months. All we get is the run around. They keep telling my husband to call [redacted]. He calls [redacted] keeps telling him to send in the claim for the repair . He has sent in three times now. No repair. We keep getting told they didn't get the form. I am also livid that their salesman Ken lied when we asked is the mechanics and the cushions fully covered? He said yes . You will have no problem getting these repairs FULL OUT LIES. Brittany tells me today to send in the form she doesn't work for [redacted] she really cant help . Then tells me she got the fax today and has to wait till Monday to speak to the manufacture. So which is it, does she work for them why does she have to contact them if [redacted] handles it. Then I asked for the manufacturer phone number she says she's not sure if they have a public number ???????? so I asked her to give it to me since I have to ask them if they cover manufacture warranty so she reluctantly gives it to me . She says the number she is giving me may not even work . ?????????? I mean is this a scam buisness or what ? I am shocked at the level of ridiculousness going on here. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with . I so regret not going to [redacted] . It's where I have bought furniture for years awesome service awesome people . I messed up terribly going to this awful place. Don't waste time or money at this scammers place
