 I do not accept your determination of your product as "not defective". After 2 minutes of heating on our Kitchen Aid Microwave (900W), it was on fire.  Your instruction were followed exactly. We want to elevate this to the next level.

really like the opportunity to look at your thermometer and value you as a customer we will honor your request and will provide a return shipping label.
