Owner of the business was rude and disrespectful. Refused to allow me to return a product which I was sold by them. I asked for DVI-D adapters 2 of them and was given plain dvi adapters also purchased one cable in which I was also unable to use. So I call the bank and they are refunding me the money :) thank goodness for purchase insurance though my credit card company :)
