Keller Williams Legacy

KW Legacy fails to provide customer service and to resolve the negligence of their agents.
We had a contract on our home, however, the buyer and the buyer's agent both failed to perform in multiple ways. The most egregious event was when the EMD check was returned for insufficient funds and the Keller Williams agent failed to notify our agent of this matter for weeks defrauding us. We lost the last few weeks of the summer real estate season due to the negligence of this agent. In addition to the stress that is normal in the home selling process, we now have to deal with this issue in trying to recover the deposit that is rightfully ours based on the contract and failure to perform. The mediation that you are required to go through is not binding and there is no reason for a buyer to appear when they do not have any money at stake. The "buyer" has his money because his check did not clear. Our agent was the only professional involved that followed the contract and tried to ensure that the buyer was performing. Every addendum sent to us by the buyer's agent was wrong and had to be corrected. The initial contract that was sent over was not what had been agreed to, the purchase price was dropped and additional inclusions were slipped in.

We've been working with the agency and the broker for over a month now in trying to resolve this issue to no avail. They fail to respond when they say they'll respond, their story and attitude change with each interaction. Keller Williams Corporate has blown us off stating it's a franchise office and they have no control.
