Mr*** *** signed a one-year agreement with Zywave, Inc(a predecessor company to Advicent Solutions, LP) which became effective March 1, 2013. Section of that agreement provides that it will automatically renew unless either party gives at least days notice of cancellation.
Mr*** experienced that automatic renewal (the “Auto-Renewal”) when he used the product for the second full year, and did not object to the Auto-Renewal. Mr*** complaint claims that he cancelled his license to the software, but Advicent does not have any record of a cancellation, whether within the required day notice period or not. In accordance with our standard practice, Advicent attempted to charge the credit card Mr*** had on file in late 2014, for payment of license fees for the upcoming year, but the transaction was declined. Shortly thereafter, Advicent emailed Mr*** regarding the declined payment, but did not receive a response. Advicent emailed Mr*** on March 10, regarding his past due account, but received no response. Advicent’s first response from Mr*** was in October 2015. Advicent disagrees with Mr*** claims that our practices were deceptive He experienced the Auto-Renewal following the first year of his license. Mr*** failed to cancel his license and did not respond to our emails regarding his delinquent account. Advicent therefore followed our standard procedure and sent the account to collections. Thank you for your letter of November 14, and for talking with me earlier this week and updating the delivery method for notices to Advicent from the Revdex.com. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to complaint number 11823626. Mr*** signed a one-year agreement
with Zywave, LP (a predecessor company to Advicent Solutions, LP) which became effective December 27, 2012. Section of that agreement provides that it will automatically renew unless either party gives at least days’ notice of cancellation. Mr*** experienced that automatic renewal (the “Auto-Renewal”) when he used the product during prior years, and did not object to the Auto-Renewal. Mr***’s complaint claims that he cancelled his license to the software, but Advicent does not have any record of a cancellation, whether within the required day notice period or not. During our investigation of this complaint, Advicent discovered that Mr***’s access to the software was erroneously terminated in February 2016. Because of Advicent’s error in not providing Mr*** access to the software during most of 2016, Advicent will no longer pursue payment from Mr***. I was supposed to buy a house in April with a Keller Williams real estate agent that goes by the name of Patrick A**However, the deal did not go through and I was supposed to have a refund of my money back, when I spoke to the realtor as to when I would have my money back, he told me he did not have any money at the time and he would give it back to me at the ending of AugustOn the 28th of August I texted him with a reminder for my money and he told me he doesn't have any money for me as no one paid him for what he did, I have the text messages backed up in my phone and I would present any information as needed

On 7/24/my wife hired Bright Cleaning Services to do a "deep cleaning" of our newly purchased houseOn 8/3/ladies came to cleanIn the process they tore down a large window shade including the shade for the arch window aboveSonia who was the crew supervisor said not to worry because the company had insurance to replace the shades
Over the course of the next month I called several times about getting a replacement shade only to be given excuse after excuseFinally we replaced the shade ourselves because it was a bedroom shade facing the streetIn the next months I called Bright timesHe would stop by the house to pick up the bill for the replaced shadeNever happenedHe would send an employeeNever happenedSonia says she will pick up the shade replacement billNever happenedExcuses for not hearing from his insurance company many times,then he had the insurance check and would send it, of course that never happened eitherAll these calls were initiated by

I have been asked to respond to the complain belowI was involved with this transaction from an early stage and can say that it was a personality conflict between seller and listing agentI have given the *** the unconditional release of listing they were looking for and

I have not received communication from Advicent Solutions however they did cash my check on March 16, marked as "final payment / account closed" Prior to my complaint they refused to cash the payment because they wanted more money as explained in the complaint Now they have cashed
the check I will conclude they accepted the payment and the account is closed in good standing and all is resolved.If you need additional information please don't hesitate to contact me.Thank you

Listed a home as a house knowing it was a trailer home
We attempted to purchase a home from *** Credit Union through *** ***, their listing agentOur agent was told that they recently had the home appraised and it appraised for $225kWe made an offer, the bank accepted, and we signed a contractdays before closing, we find out through the appraiser (the same one that had previously appraised it) that this home was actually a trailer home that had been added on to*** *** knew that we were coming with ** backed funding and that a trailer home does not qualify for ** fundingAt no point was this trailer home ever listed as suchIt was listed as a house- a steel built houseWe have repeatedly asked for our money to be refunded- for the appraisal and home inspection because of failure to disclose accurate information in the listingThe bank has made no effort to refund this money and *** *** has not made any effort to correct the wrong doings on his
