I found Kellner Roofing to be a very professional company to work with. Saul gave me a very accurate and honest estimate. They showed up on time, their work was neat and clean. There were no surprises. I would highly recommend them.

Saul is by far the best contractor I've had the privelage of working with. I had a terrible leak in my roof during a torential rain storm. I called Saul and he was at my house within 30 minutes for an estimate. His estimate was fantastic, he gave me numerous options with a wide variety of price ranges. Saul was at my house and the repair completed in less than 24 hours from the time I first called him! He worked with me and the price was fantastic and the work even better! His technical knowledge and ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently was outstanding. Having been burned by contractors in the past, working with Saul and Kellner Home Improvement was truly a breathe of fresh air. Work with him in confidence, he's truly one of the good guys!

I was very impressed overall with Kellner Home Improvement. When Saul came to give me an estimate on my roof 3 months ago he explained everything very well and gave me a great price. They all showed up on time ready to go until the job was done. They even stayed late when needed instead of running out the door. They were all very professional, friendly and cleaned up nice which is a plus for me! I already have recommended them to a few people as I would definitely use them again. I really don't understand what the other review was about as I found Kellner Home Improvement to be the total opposite of her experience. It was like she was talking about another company!!

Review: They company appeared to be professional at first but upon arrival immediately disrespected me by walking all over my flow bed with new perennials just planted resulting in the death of some of the new plants. Instead of asking me to move my outside lights or if they could be moved, just started ripping them out which caused damaged and most are broken now. (I had just bought and paid for them to be installed just before this repair.) Unnecessarily, tools, cables tossed on top of planst that were killed when there was plenty of room to go around them. He was rushing guys inside and out and and seemed more interested in speed then doing a good job. Me and my property were totally disrespected. During the job, workers were snooping in my things and he was trying to snoop around and get to other parts of my house not involved in the repairs. Paint job was sloppy and incompetently done with jagged edges (bragged professionals didn't need to tape), spackle caked up and not smoothed out, big spots not covered completely. In the bathroom, some big spots not covered at all. Spackle was splattered all over, including into my heating ducks, all over walls, doors. Paint was on my new sofa. I had removed everything except the sofas and chair, so no need for that. Stuff thrown off roof was not cleaned up from my back decks. He couldn't even put the TV cable back neatly when done and given a second chance - hung it in front of window. When I called to find out where paint was to fix all the mess he left, he never got back. Within two months the roof started leaking all over again and requests to fix have been ignored. If not resolved, I will need to report to the [redacted]. He has had over a year to resolve and has done nothing.Desired Settlement: I demand a partial refund so I can get the work paid for competently done. This cost over $6500 and it will most likely take at least $2000 to repair all the issues left and $250 to replace the things destroyed broken not part of the job.. There are problems with the roof and ALL rooms repaired painted. Nothing was left unscathed. I should request the entire job be done over, so I am being generous. I told him I was a disabled, senior citizen and feel he rook advantage of me. He chose to start before they check I was getting to do the work arrived.. that was his agreement.. then insulted me in front of his workers saying he was only getting a couple hundred. Very, very unprofessional and rude to me as a customer and senior.
