We tried several times to accommodate Mr [redacted] and his requests but ran into several issues as far as schedulingIn addition, he lived almost an hour a way and we even offered to have our window company install the window on siteMr***'s schedule conflicted with the window company schedule which is local here in Cleveland.He refused to come to dealership for install which made the process challenging for a timely installWe value his business and agreed to give him a full refund on September 11th We appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this concern to our attention as we value all of our customers buying experience before and after the sale

We are sorry to hear that Mrs [redacted] is not fully satisfied with her purchase at Kelly Auto GroupWe sell all vehicles 100% "AS-IS" without warranty as noted on bill of sale, buyers guide, as is disclosure and service contract disclosureWhich every agreement was explained and signed by both parties.Mrs [redacted] declined to purchase a third party service contract with CARS Protection Plus as noted on "service contract disclosure"All sales are final and we do not accept any form of returns or exchanges as it is a pre-owned productWe have recommended a few local service centers at a discounted rate to assist Mrs [redacted] with her vehicleWe stand behind the terms of the contract and we look forward to doing business with Mrs [redacted] moving forward

followThe complaint is not resolved.The car was purchased January 25, Consumer was told there was a day warranty which is to expire April 25, 2017.After driving for a couple of days, driver seat went crooked Consumer took the car back to the business and they said it was fixed but it wasn't The car is also leaking oil and consumer is afraid to drive it with oil leaking. The car had roughly 184, $is what was paidDriver seats is still not working properly and the business will not return any of the phone calls.Consumer just wants the driver seat fixed,the oil leak repaired, and the warranty papers

We are sorry that this customer is not fully satisfied, but the vehicle was sold as is without warranty and as noted in contract "customer assumes all responsibility for any repairs". We do strictly auto sales and do not have service department.

As stated to customer, we do not do any kind of returns or exchanges. All sales are final. In addition, the buyers guide states "customer assumes all responsibility for any repairs". We look forward to a positive experience moving forward. Thank you.
