parties.Mrs [redacted] declined to purchase a third party service contract with CARS Protection Plus as noted on "service contract disclosure". All sales are final and we do not accept any form of returns or exchanges as it is a pre-owned product. We have recommended a few local service centers at a discounted rate to assist Mrs [redacted] with her vehicle. We stand behind the terms of the contract and we look forward to doing business with Mrs [redacted] moving forward.

at this point  i have stated all I can,and still to get no cooperation at all
