Review: On 11 Aug 2014, I leased a Nissan [redacted]. The salesman Matt C[redacted] worked out a deal. The deal was presented to the financial manager Mark S[redacted] The agreement was: no first month payment,tax,tags , title & free maintenance for the term of the lease. I then called my mother, who was co signing for me repeating the agreement with both men present. My mother and I met with Mark S[redacted] to close the deal and sign the agreements. The agreement was written up with a down payment due at signing. The first month payment due also at signing. We questioned why the first payment was being taken out when the original deal was " no first payment" Mark said it had to be done that way. I said if that was the case then the date of the next payment should have been October paid by Kelly Nissan not Sept. which I also paid. Also on the agreement the taxes and the transfer fees were listed. When I questioned Mark S[redacted] said he had to speak to his manager to see how they can refund the first payment. The manager Leo S[redacted] contacted me and said he would look into the matter with the salesman and financial manager and get back to me. Seven days went by and I did not hear from Mr S[redacted]. It was after I contacted Corporate Nissan that I received a call from Leo S[redacted] stating the deal to refund my money was off.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the first months payment and the tax & title fees as agreed to in the initial agreement.

[redacted] All involved the salesman and Mark S[redacted] agreed what the deal. At signing Mark S[redacted], the salesman he is, talked his way around when questioned the amounts I paid which were suppose to be covered by Kelly Nissan. If that was the case that Kelly Nissan was not honoring the deal initially offered then why did Mr S[redacted] agree to refund the money before I contacted Nissan corporate which he then stated that" since I contacted corporate the deal was off."
