On [redacted] my family an I wanted to attend Discovery Kingdom Six Flags in [redacted] , **Upon purchasing membership passes it has a menu that pops up stating to check the website to make sure the park is still open because hours can changeI checked before I purchased and it did not indicate that the park was closed so I purchased the passes of them.we drove hours to the park to find out that it had been closed due to weathe understandably however when checking the website for hours it did not indicate thatI want to cancel purchased memberships that have not been activated and would like a refund of the $**The purchase steps are misleading and the website doesn't reflect correct information and should not be used to refer to when purchasing

I brought my family and vacationing family members to this theme park on [redacted] ***, ***We planned to spend the majority of our day at the parkThis was not possible due to the fact that all of the attractions we planned to experience were "down for an undefined period of time" We started at a ride on one end of the parkAfter waiting minutes we were told the ride was experiencing technical issues and would be down until they were resolvedWe then trekked across the park to visit another attractionWhen we arrived at that attraction the employee manning the entrance stated that attraction was down as wellIt was at this point we looked around and saw that zero of the rides were operationalSince we came specifically to experience these attractions there was no reason for us to be thereThere were no adverse weather conditions or relevant adverse events in the area at the time so I am confused as to how or why all rides could go down at the same time on a ***

I correctly canceled my season passesLast payment supposed to be 10/18/15.Continue to be billed, threatened with collections
I followed their instructions to cancel my season passes last auto payment was supposed to be 10/18/ I continue to have payments taken out of my account On Sunday, 1/31/I was threatened with collections because I stopped payment after November and December fees were taken from my account-after my cancellation of 10/18/was approved

I have always been to Six Flags with my family as season pass holdersThis year was my final year going there
I had family visiting from Australia and we decided to take them out to Six Flags since we've always had a blast going thereSo on 7/5/16, we took a family trip thereWhile we were in the parking lot (where the bus normally drops people off to enter into the park) waiting for the rest of my family to get together and meet up, an employee walks up to us and literally states "Just to let you guys know if you have any food in your bags the security will catch you and throw your food away." At first, I did not let it bother meShe then further went all the way to a point where she radioed the security in front of us and told them they have something in their bagsI then figured that this employee had just judged us because of what we were wearing and because of how we lookedShe even went up to the check point and was telling the person that there has to be food in thereThe security did not find anything and told the employee there is nothing thereI did not want my day ruined by going to the front office and talking to a managerI came back that day an informed Six Flags through their comment section but obviously they did not care enough to even contact me since it has been over a monthI hope someday they contact me to at least issue an apology
I am not one of those to pull a race card or something of that sort but this was just plain wrongOut of everyone in the park she came to us because we dressed and looked differently then anyone elseI was really offended and hopefully Six Flags starts educating their young employees about diversity and acceptance of different cultures

there's no way to call and cancel this yearly membership you have to log on line to cancel and on *** *** *** I logged onto my account and cancelled by removing all the memberships as stated in the how to cancel membership FAQIt shows online that I no longer have a membership and in order to proceed to the membership page I have to register my card to log into my account so I did not enter any card information so I scrolled to bottom of page and clicking the contact us link the "*** six flags" is the only one that "does not" show up on the list
